The college gives a good campus life.
Placements: 98 percent of the studebts got placed from my college. The highest package is significantly 58 LPA. The top recruiting companies like Accenture, Wipro, Capgemini, and many other organisations are actively involved in the hiring process. So it is worth joining.
Infrastructure: The facilities include transport and a food mess for all the students with the availability of Wi-Fi, labs and classrooms. In charge will be handled by the representatives of the class. Hence it gives good leadership to the college and helps in involvement in the significant approach of the management.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in handling the curriculum of this institution and good security is provided to the female students who actively take part in the study approach. Hence you can join Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology. Thank you.
Other: I chose this course because I wish to bridge the gap between technical expertise and management of a business study. They are actively involved in coordinating the management.

Placements: The roles offered are HR Manager, Marketing Executive, HR Operations Manager, HRBP, Market Analyst, HR Payroll Manager, L1 Sales Manager, L2 Sales Manager, L3 Sales Manager, Recruiter, Financial Manager, Financial Analyst, Finance Executive, HR Mediclaim Executive, Sales Manager and Store Manager.
Infrastructure: The food was very comforting and the canteen was updated with more facilities. Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology provides modern infrastructure with well-equipped classrooms, laboratories, a library, an auditorium and advanced IT facilities to support academic learning. The campus also includes sports grounds, a gym, medical facilities, an ATM and a cafeteria for overall student development.
Faculty: The exams are conducted in a structured manner with proper food and bus facilities after the exam and the pass percentage is 50%. The MBA curriculum is industry-oriented and practice-based, designed over 4 semesters (2 years). It includes core subjects like Organizational Behaviour, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations and Research Methods, along with electives, labs, and projects to enhance practical learning and specialization.

Placements: The internship and placements are good. The college has a well established process to facilitate placements and provide the necessary support to students. All major companies visit the campus during the placement period. Companies come for hiring across various profiles, including HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT. Companies visit for placements include Deloitte, CBC, ITC, Marico, Britannia, Nestlé, Amazon, Flipkart, Uber, Ola, etc. At Sathyabama University, offered packages range from a minimum of 2.5-6.5 LPA. The highest package reaches 18 LPA. It depends on the students' knowledge, performance, and practical experience.
Infrastructure: The college provides excellent and separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls. Students are provided with spacious rooms with attached bathrooms. Guest rooms are also available in both boys' and girls' hostels. The food quality is good and hygienic. The hostel is highly secure.
Faculty: Faculty at Sathyabama University is very good. They are helpful in all aspects of students' academic life. They are experienced in the field of management. There are also guest lectures from well-known universities and many seminars where important personalities are invited to share their thoughts and encourage students. We have 8 semesters in four years. Each semester has two internal exams of 50 marks. They are converted to 20 marks and added to the main semester marks. Semester exam is conducted for 80 marks. Curriculum involves case based teaching that provides a holistic view of each situation. Evaluations happen frequently. It makes it important to study and stay updated on the subjects. The course is designed in a way that provides both practical and theoretical knowledge.

Placements: Around 80–90% of students from my course were placed through campus recruitment and off-campus opportunities. Some of the top recruiting companies were TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, HCLTech and finance and operations-related organizations.
Infrastructure: The department provides good infrastructure and learning facilities for students. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with smart boards and projectors for effective learning. High-speed Wi-Fi is available across the campus. The computer labs are well maintained with updated systems and necessary software. The library contains a wide collection of academic books, journals and digital resources that support both academic and research activities. Seminar halls and discussion rooms are also available for presentations and workshops.
Faculty: Yes, it provides more knowledge and is helpful. It may be helpful for future growth. Yes, the teachers were helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable in their respective subjects. They were supportive towards students and explained concepts clearly with practical examples. The teaching quality was good and the faculty members encouraged interactive learning, assignments, presentations and doubt-clearing sessions.

Faculty: Teachers really helpfull about studies and even they support for projects and guiding us in right way and the teaching quality is so good

Really good placements and curriculum.
Placements: Around 90% of my classmates got placed. One of my classmates got the highest CTC of 12 LPA, and I got placed with 3 LPA, which is the lowest among all. Most of them got around 5 LPA. Most of the students got placed in TCS & Accenture. In our class, all the students got internships in companies like HPE, Shell, Zoho, etc. We got plenty of opportunities through college placements. Some of them got HR Trainee roles, Business Analyst, Management Trainee, etc.
Infrastructure: In my opinion, one of the main attractions in the college was the library. They had a very good library facility on two floors with Wi-Fi access and digital books. In my class, there was no AC, but it had good ventilation, so I haven't felt any heat in my 2 years. The hostel was one that I loved. They had a good hostel menu in the mess. We enjoy food every day. I stayed in a hostel for 1 month, and it gave me a feeling like home.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good here. They teach with real-time examples, which is very useful for me. The syllabus is one that I loved the most, it covers all the topics that the current industry is looking for. The pass percentage is 50%. The semester exam is difficult here. Evaluation is too strict, and passing itself is too difficult here.

My MBA experience with SIST during pandemic.
Placements: Even though my entire MBA classes were conducted online due to COVID, the placements did not stagnate. Many companies conducted interviews virtually, hired candidates and gave work from Home until the pandemic. In my batch, 85% students got placed with a lot of reputed organisations like PRO, Federal Bank, Ramco, My Captain, TCS, Cognizant, Rinex. The highest CTC was 12 LPA by Talent Serve, the lowest CTC was 3 LPA by CareerNet, and the average CTC was 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: We have attended the college for only 10 days, and then the entire classes were changed to online mode due to COVID. In those 10 days, I observed that all the classrooms are smart classrooms with proper air conditioning and Wi-Fi. We did have specialised labs for SPSS. As of Sathyabama, the food was free, and it's incredibly delicious. That was what our founder, Jeppiaar Sir, was all about, serving the hungry while also providing education. Hats off to the ideology. We had a dedicated hospital with a 24-hour ambulance and a medical shop.
Faculty: To be where I am now is all because of the support, knowledge and thoughtful teaching methodologies that have been shared by my faculty members. They too had a huge challenge in their hands to make students understand everything in virtual mode, and they did such a great job in doing so.
Other: Since Sathyabama is one of the biggest colleges in India, their reputation and their curriculum are two of the major reasons for me to join. The MBA course was challenging and prepared us to be Industry-ready to face the world. Seminars, engagement sessions on resume building, and placement training initiatives helped me upgrade myself. I am in no position to give suggestions on improving a curriculum that helped me build myself. I am grateful that I was able to graduate from such a reputable institution during such tough times.

Placements: Almost 93% of students were admitted to our college. The highest salary offered is 27 LPA. The average salary is 15 LPA, with a minimum of 3 LPA. All the students received internships from our college. The top jobs offered are finance manager, operations manager, etc. The top recruiting agencies are SnapDeal, JP Morgan, Accenture, and more.
Infrastructure: There is a huge library like IIT libraries here. There are very good labs with lots of equipment to test. Student PCs are provided with free Wi-Fi for projects and activities. The hotels are well-designed. There are clinics on the campus itself. They take great care and are fed a complete vegetarian diet. The sports team has many games, and students can play as they please.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable about the subject the curriculum is well-liked to the requirements of the industry and every student will have access to relevant technical skills. The more motivated the faculty, the more interested students are in learning. They treat every student the same. The semester exam is a little harder and the pass rate is 60%.

Usually, MBA placement is good in Sathyabama University. But, according to specialization finance and marketing plays a vital role among them all. literally hr and operations have good scope over here. They bring all reputed organization and banks for the students every year.

Admissions usually open in summer (end of April till June) in almost all MBA colleges across India. If you wish to do MBA in India there are a lot of good options. One of the best ones, I have heard of is LM Thapar School of Management. It has a very good campus with comforting facilities
