Good placements in the year 2025.
Placements: My batch colleagues ( B.Tech biotech) got placed in Amazon, TCS, and ZIFO. They said it is a great experience and are happy with the salary package. Top recruiting companies are ZIFO, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, and HCL Tech. Some got internships in ZIFO, Amazon, and TCS.
Infrastructure: Facilities offered here at Sathyabama are always top-notch. Libraries have Wi-Fi, the latest edition of academic books, even old editions are available, language proficiency test books are also available. Hostels have a great food menu every week, it is safe for boys and girls, and a gym and other facilities are also available.
Faculty: The curriculum is always updated by the department. Teachers are also very knowledgeable, supportive, and constantly updating their knowledge and skills. Semester exams are moderately tough. Everyone can study well and get good marks if they put in their hard work.
Other: I loved Biology and Maths, so I wanted to study something that integrated both. Biotechnology is a field that's constantly evolving, so it's fun to sharpen our knowledge.

Satisfied with my university because of the faculty and good placement in 2025.
Placements: I loved the placements at Sathyabama University. They built plenty of opportunities for placements by bringing in top IT organisations. I got placed in a core company and had opportunities to apply for core companies too. Overall Sathyabama placements and faculty guidance are good.
Infrastructure: I studied UG in CSE AI and ML specialisation. We have a separate block for us and a robotics lab with root and done lab, and we also have 3D printing lab to learn apart from our major. This high-end infrastructure has encouraged students to learn more and thanks to Sathyabama University for bringing these labs.
Faculty: The faculty are super friendly to students. The curriculum we have is extraordinary. It is simple but yet effective so it is easier to learn as I was from the first batch of AI and ML specialisation. The curriculum is new but the faculty makes it easier for us to learn.

I am not satisfied about the syllabus.
Placements: Need more companies related to our field for placement. Mostly, we get companies related to IT and mechanical-oriented, but we don't get many related to our field. This not only reduces the quality of our learning but also what we take into the future industry.
Infrastructure: Need more advanced courses and lab facilities, also need a greener environment surrounding us. I also want the college to gather and put all the important buildings in a common place rather than putting them in different corners. This causes dehydration, especially when taking a long route walking in this summer.
Faculty: The course syllabus can be updated and more advanced, especially when it's for Mechatronics, a booming field, which should have an updated syllabus that focuses on all aspects. I see a more advanced syllabus in other institutes. This lack of syllabus causes unemployment, as companies expect advanced subject knowledge, especially when we choose something advanced.

Placements: At Sathyabama University, placement is good. Sathyabama University has a good ambience. Overall, it is quite a good experience to study here. This college offers the highest package of 40 LPA and the lowest of 5 LPA in placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very nice, and there is a good ambience around here. Wi-Fi connectivity, labs, classrooms, and the library are very neat and clean. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is very nice. Especially, the medical facilities are very easy to approach and very nice. Overall, the infrastructure and quality of food are good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to approach. The quality of teaching is very good. The course curriculum is very nice and easy to relate to. Exams are not too difficult, and they are moderate. The pass percentage in this college is 50 percent in each subject. Students are made industry-ready. Faculty members are very friendly and easy to approach.
Other: I'm currently pursuing an MCA. I joined here in 2024, and now I'm attending on-campus placement offers. It is very nice and useful for our future. Overall, there are no other things to improve. The quality of food and other things like water are available.

Sathyabama University offers good education and training.
Placements: 70% of students got placed. The highest package is 41 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Cognizant, Emphasis, Accenture, and HCL. Mostly, people got internships at HCL Technologies and JP Morgan Chase. In my course, top roles are like graduate intern training and software engineering.
Infrastructure: I am from the CSE department. We have facilities like classrooms, events, lab facilities, air conditioning, a central library, and a playground. We also have the battery van facility. There is a hospital located at Sathyabama University that provides free doctor services to students. In the hostel, we have a mess, dhobi, playground, and canteen.
Faculty: The faculty working at Sathyabama University are very helpful, and they assist in getting internships during our course too. We have programming languages like C, C++, Python, and Java during the course itself. Semester exams go well if we prepare according to the class notes.

Placements: I am from the 2026 passing out batch, pursuing BE-CSE. Around 70-80% of students were placed in my course, the highest package is 41 LPA, the lowest is 3.5 LPA, and the average package was about 4-5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, and Capgemini. Around 60-70% secured internships in startups. Top roles offered include software developer, data analyst, full stack developer, and testing engineer.
Infrastructure: The facilities are nice, and the college has good infrastructure with modern labs, smart classrooms, and a well-equipped library. The hostel facilities are good and decent. Food quality is very good in Sathyabama, and medical facilities are available, along with sports.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and supportive. The teaching quality is good. The curriculum is relevant and helps students develop industry-focused skills, helping them become job-ready. Semester exams are moderate, and the pass percentage is high.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in software and new technologies. The best part is the good placement opportunities and project exploration. The college has a good campus life with fests and events.
