B.Sc.	Candidates who have passed the Senior Secondary School Examination of National Open School with a minimum of 5 subjects with any of the following group subjects:a.English, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology b.English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and any other language.
DM	Must be within the prescribed age limit - For OBC candidates (please attach proof as per Annexure*): 40 years - For SC/ST candidates, Ex-Servicemen and Commissioned Officer including ECO, SSCO who have rendered or released on satisfactory assignment (please attach proof): 42 years

MPH	The candidate must possess MBBS/BDS/B.V. Sc/BE/MA/M. Sc with minimum marks in aggregate mentioned above from a University/ Institute recognized by the Medical /Dental/Veterinary council of India/ the Institution of Engineers (India) and UGC/AICTE and must have either completed, or due to complete, respective rotatory internship training on or before 30thJune (if applicable) and must be registered with Central /State Medical/Dental/Veterinary Registration Council. Since there is a change in the exam pattern of the CUET PG exam. Now the total marks for which the exam will be conducted has 300 marks as the total number of questions will be 75.
