Candidates who want to apply must check CEETA PG 2026 eligibility as mentioned below -

For M.Tech/M.E/M.Plan/M.Arch

Accepted degree programmes: B.Tech/B.Arch/B.E/B.Pharm. 

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field from a recognised institute or university with a minimum qualifying mark of 50% (for general category candidates) and 45% (for reserved category candidates).
• Candidates with a master’s degree in science/arts are also eligible to apply, or candidates who have studied 10+2/10+3 + AMIE and have two years of work experience.
• Candidates qualified as AIIA (Associateship Examination of the Indian Institute of Architects) with a valid registration with the Council of Architecture are also eligible. 

• GATE candidates are also eligible for the CEETA examination. 
• Candidates appearing for the final year/semester of examination can also apply for CEETA PG
• Candidates who have pursued B.Tech in distance or weekend mode are not eligible to apply.

Document Specifications

While filling CEETA PG application form 2026, candidates must upload following documents -

• Class 10th marksheet
• Class 12th marksheet
• Qualifying degree certificate
• Class 12th marksheet or diploma (three-year certificate)
• Provisional certificate and marksheet (of all semesters)
• Transfer certificate
• Experience certificate (optional)
• If a candidate falls under BC/BCM/MBC and DNC, they have to submit their permanent community certificate in card format
• Category certificate
• Identification certificate obtained from Headquarters Tahsildar or Visa
• Class X mark sheet
• Class XII mark sheet or diploma (three-year certificate)
• Qualifying degree certificate 
• Provisional certificate and mark sheets of all semesters or consolidated mark sheet
• Transfer certificate from the previous institute
• Experience certificate (if applicable)
• Permanent community certificate in card format or electronic form if a candidate belongs to BC/BCM/MBC and DNC, SC/ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu
• Copy of identification certificate obtained from the Head Quarters Tahsildar or Visa, Passport and
• letter registered in a police station (for Srilakan Refugee candidates)

The CEETA PG 2026 application form can be submitted only after the application fee, which can be paid online, is submitted. 

The authorities activates CEETA PG application form status soon after completion of registration. The status can be checked online only, which denotes that whether form is accepted by the exam conducting body or not. To check CEETA registration status, candidates have to provide their application number, email ID, and password.
