KEA has extended the last date of KCET 2021 document verification from October 30 to November 02. The official notice is available at the website of KEA i.e. cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/.

KCET 2021 counselling process is ongoing from September 30. Candidates who have passed KCET exam are eligible for participate in the counselling. The counselling process encompasses various stages like document verification, registration, choice filling, seat allotment and reporting. Candidates who will be eligible after document verification can only take part in the subsequent admission procedure. Check the list of KCET 2021 required documents for verification mentioned below:
  • Class 10/SSLC mark sheet & certificate
  • Class 12/2nd PUC mark sheet & certificate
  • 7 years study certificate counter signed by the concerned BEO / DDPI
  • Income certificate
  • Rural study certificate
  • Caste certificate
  • Copy of KCET application form
  • Copy of KCET admit card
  • Application fee payment proof
  • Recent passport size photograph (two copies)
  • Kannada Medium Certificate (Candidates who have studied in Kannada Medium from Class 1 to 10 in Karnataka and also outside the state of Karnataka)
  • Parent’s study certificate / Parent’s Hometown certificate / Parent’s Domicile certificate / Parent’s Employment certificate / Parent’s Cumulative Record / Parent’s Marks Card, etc., for the candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats based on the domicile / study / employment of the parent
  • Identity card issued by the Jurisdictional Deputy Commissioner / District Magistrate / Rehabilitation Commissioner, for the candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats under Jammu & Kashmiri Migrants quota
