RRB NTPC Application Form 2021: Link to update bank account details for fee refund closes tomorrow

The link to update the bank account details for the refund of RRB NTPC application fees will close tomorrow, i.e., September 7. Earlier, the deadline to update the bank account details was August 31. However, the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) extended it. Candidates who are yet to update their bank account details should do the same as soon as possible. To update the bank account details, candidates need to login with roll number, date of birth, OTP and captcha code.

The refund of application fees is provided to candidates who had appeared for RRB NTPC 2021 CBT 1 exam, conducted from December 28, 2020, to July 31, 2021, in seven phases. Candidates belonging to SC / ST/ ExSM/ PwBD/ Female/ Minority/EBC/Transgender categories are entitled to get a full refund of their examination fees, which is Rs 250. Whereas candidates belonging to General/EWS/OBC categories will get a partial refund of their examination fees, which is Rs 400 after deducting the bank charges. The link to update the bank account details was activated on August 11.

How to update bank account details for RRB NTPC application fees refund?

The steps to update the bank account details for the refund of RRB NTPC application fees are given below.

• Visit the official websites of Railway Recruitment Boards
• Click the link of the RRB from where you had applied
• Click the link 'Update/Correction of Bank Account Details'
• On the login page, enter roll number, DOB, OTP and captcha code
• After submitting the details, the page to update the bank account details appears on the screen
• Provide details of registration number, roll number, name, father’s name, community, Aadhaar number, registered mobile number, date of CBT, bank account holder’s name, bank account number, bank IFSC code, and bank name
• Save the details and submit it

RRB NTPC CBT 1 result 2021 is expected to be announced by September 10. Along with the result, RRB NTPC Cutoff and scorecard will also be released. The result will be available in PDF form and it will display the roll numbers of qualified candidates.
