UPSC CSE Result 2024: The Union Public Service Commission has declared the final result of the Combined Civil Service Examination (CSE) today: April 22, 2025. The final UPSC CSE results can be checked online at the official website: upsc.gov.in. The UPSC CSE result has been issued in a shortlist pdf format. The UPSC IAS result 2024 pdf includes the names of the candidates who have been selected for appointment. 

This time, UPSC has recommended 1009 candidates for appointment of IAS, IFS, IPS, Group A and B services. The UPSC has stated that the candidature of 241 recommended candidates is provisional, while the result of one candidate has been withheld. A total of 1,129 vacancies were reported by the government across various services, including 50 reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD).

Out of the total 1,009 recommended candidates through UPSC CSE result, the distribution of Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) is as follows: 12 under PwBD-1, 8 under PwBD-2, 16 under PwBD-3, and 9 under PwBD-5.

Among the categories:

• General: 335 candidates, including 10 PwBD-1, 5 PwBD-2, 11 PwBD-3, and 5 PwBD-5.
• EWS (Economically Weaker Sections): 109 candidates, including 1 PwBD-1 and 1 PwBD-2. No candidates under PwBD-3 or PwBD-5.
• OBC: 318 candidates, with 2 PwBD-1, 2 PwBD-2, 3 PwBD-3, and 3 PwBD-5.
• SC (Scheduled Caste): 160 candidates, including 2 PwBD-3 and 1 PwBD-5. No candidates under PwBD-1 or PwBD-2.
• ST (Scheduled Tribe): 87 candidates, including 2 PwBD-3. No candidates under PwBD-1, PwBD-2, or PwBD-5.
