UPSC IES 2025 Admit Card Link

UPSC IES Admit Card: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) issues the IES admit card three weeks prior to the exam. Hence as per the announced exam date, it is expected that UPSC IES 2025 admit card for the prelims exam will be released anytime soon. Once available, candidates can get the UPSC IES 2025 prelims admit card link from the official website: upsc.gov.in.

They have to use their registration ID/roll number and date of birth to download the UPSC IES 2025 admit card. After downloading the UPSC IES admit card, they must go through the details mentioned on it. In case of any error in the ESE admit card, they should report to the UPSC for rectification.

What documents have to be carried along with UPSC IES 2025 Admit Card?

Candidates appearing for the UPSC Engineering Services Examination (IES) 2025 prelims exam must carry the following documents to the examination centre:

1. Printed Copy of the Admit Card

• Download the ESE admit card from upsc.gov.in once the link is active.
• Ensure it is clearly printed and all details (photo, name, roll number, exam centre) are visible.
• UPSC IES prelims admit card displayed on mobile phones or tablets may not be accepted.

2. Valid Photo Identity Proof (Original)

Carry any one of the following government-issued photo ID cards in original that candidates have mentioned in the application form:

• Aadhaar Card
• Voter ID
• PAN Card
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Any other valid photo ID issued by a government authority

Note: The details on the ID must match those mentioned on the IES 2025 admit card. Discrepancies may lead to disqualification.

Passport-size Photographs

• It is advisable to carry two recent passport-size photographs (same as the one uploaded in the application form) in case needed for verification.

How to download UPSC IES 2025 Admit Card?

ESE prelims admit card has to be downloaded online by following the steps given below:  

Step 1: Go to the official website: upsc.gov.in

Step 2: Go to the “E-Admit cards” link, on the homepage

Step 3: Now, select ESE (IES) admit card link

Step 4: Go through the instructions and click on the proceed tab

Step 5: On the new login page, enter the required details

Step 6: IES admit card will appear on the screen

Step 7: Download and take at least two printouts of it
