UPSSSC PET is Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission Preliminary Eligibility Test. It is a state-level entrance examination conducted for the recruitment of candidates to various posts in the state government departments and organizations of Uttar Pradesh.

The UPSSSC PET Application Form Link will be activated by the authority on the official portal at upssc.gov.in. Those candidates who will not apply within the specified time period, will not be able to sit in the exam. Check below the methods to apply online:

• Visit at upsssc.gov.in
• Fill out the Candidate Registration form
• For the Preliminary Eligibility Test 2026, click "Apply"
• If you're a first-time user, finish your registration. Read the whole declaration and accept it
• To finish your registration, enter your personal information, qualifications, and other related details
•  Go to the online application and fill out all of the relevant information. Upload the scanned image of your passport-size photograph and signature in the required format
• Complete your application by submitting the remaining information and paying the charge, if applicable
• Save the application form on your computer for future use

UPSSSC PET Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates applying for the UPSSSC PET must be aware of the eligibility criteria specified by the authorities in terms of educational qualifications, age, etc. Check the detailed UPSSSC PET Eligibility Criteria given below.

UPSSSC PET Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed at least Class 10 High School Exam in any Recognized Board or any Higher Qualification in any Recognized University in India.

UPSSSC PET Age Limit 2026

The candidate must be aged between 18 to 40 years. The age relaxations shall be applicable to the following categories:

UPSSSC PET exam Pattern 2026

The exam will be conducted in offline mode and consists of 100 questions that will be asked in the form of MCQs. Each question carries one mark and the duration of the exam is 2 hours. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. The medium of the exam will be Hindi and English languages. Candidates can read the exam pattern below in this article.

The authority will release the UPSSSC PET 2026 city slip on the official portal upsssc.gov.in. The UPSSSC will activate the PET 2026 admit card link on the official website. The candidates must download the admit card and get a hard copy of it as the commission will not send any admit cards to the candidates individually.
