The Staff Selection Commission will conduct the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam on January 18 and 19 based on the syllabus notified in the notiification. The candidates should note that the Commission released SSC CGL 2025 syllabus on June 9 with the official notification. The Commission mentioned all the macro topics in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 syllabus separately. Though there is overlapping in the names of topics but the difficulty level of the questions makes the syllabus different.

The Commission mention the section-wise syllabus for each tier of exam. Interestingly, the Commission do not mention the weightage of the topics within a section so the candidates are compelled to prepare all the topics for SSC CGL exam.
