Yes, you can do MBBS after Nursing courses. But you should clear NEET UG for that. There is no direct entry which means you will start from first year of MBBS.

To answer your questions, it is possible only if you clear the medical entrance exam.

CUET results usually declares in June. Candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to download their CUET scorecard online when released.
