KCET 2024: Karnataka Examination Authority will soon release the KCET 2024 application form at the official website. Candidates will be able to fill KCET application form at kea.kar.nic.in. The application process of KCET 2024 comprises registration, filling form, uploading documents and payment of fee. KCET application form 2024 will be available online only. KEA will notify KCET exam date 2024 in the official notification. Applicants are advised to keep track of KCET exam date to avoid missing any event related to the exam.

After the conclusion of registration process, KEA will commence the KCET application form correction facility 2024. Candidates who made any mistake at the time of filling the application form will be able to make corrections in KCET 2024 application form through correction facility. Successfully registered candidates will be issued KCET admit card 2024 a few days before the exam. Candidates appearing in the exam have to carry their KCET 2024 admit card along with one valid photo ID proof. KEA will release the KCET answer key a few days after the conclusion of the exam. Applicants will be allowed to raise objections in the KCET 2024 answer key. After reviewing all the objections, the exam authority will release the final answer key along with the declaration of KCET result. What is KCET?

Karnataka Common Entrance Test commonly known as KCET is regulated by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). It is conducted for admission to professional courses like Engineering Technology, Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharma), Diploma in Pharmacy (DPharma), Agriculture courses (Farm Science) and Veterinary courses. Candidates who desire to take admission to Medical or Dental or Ayurveda or Unani or Homoeopathy courses must qualify National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) exam whereas candidates seeking admission to Architecture course through KCET must have qualified JEE Main Paper-2 or NATA to participate in KCET counselling

Farm Science courses means, BSc (Hons) Agriculture, BSc (Hons) Sericulture, BSc (Hons) Horticulture, BSc (Hons) Forestry, BTech Biotechnology, BSc (Hons) Community Science, BTech (Agril. Engg), BTech (Food Technology), BTech (Dairy Technology), BFSc (Fisheries), BSc (Hons) Ag. Maco. 

Candidates should have passed 2nd PUC / Class 12 / equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology as optional subjects. 

Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (BVSc & AH) 

Candidates should pass 2nd PUC / Class 12 and obtain a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects (40% for reserved category). 

BPharma 

Passed in 2nd PUC / Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and obtained minimum 45% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology subjects. (40% for reserved category candidates) or 

Passed in Diploma in Pharmacy from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India Under Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act and has secured minimum of 45% marks. (40% for reserved category candidates) 

2nd Year BPharma 

Candidates should have passed Diploma in Pharmacy examination from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India Under Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act and have secured minimum of 45% marks. (40% for reserved category candidates) 

DPharma 

Candidates should pass 2nd PUC / Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics OR 

  

Passed in Diploma in Pharmacy examination from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India Under Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act. 

Naturopathy & Yoga 

Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects and English as one of the languages of study and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects in the qualifying examination is eligible for admission to Naturopathy & Yoga courses (40% for reserved category candidates).
