AUD Admissions 2023: The Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) has begun its admission process and has released its academic brochure. For admission to various undergraduate courses, including BBA, BA(H) History, BA(H) Psychology, BA(H) sociology, BA(H) political science, BA(H) economics, BA(H) English and BA(H) mathematics and other courses, the varsity will consider CUET Score 2023. Hence, the candidates need to appear for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2023 to be held by National Testing Agency (NTA).

The AUD Academic Brochure 2023 carried detailed guidelines on the subjects that a candidate should appear for in the CUET Exam 2023. For example, for the BBA and BA sustainable urbanism programmes, candidates will need to appear for Section III of the CUET, which also includes the general test. For various B.Voc courses intourism and hospitality, retail management, accounting and finance and early childhood centre management and entrepreneurship will have to appear for the general test as the scores will be considered for admissions.

Q:   What is CUET UG exam slot and timing?
A: 

CUET 2027 exam will likely be held in two slots. As per last year's exam timings, the first slot is held between 9 AM and 12 PM and the second slot between 3 PM and 6 PM. Candidates will be able to check the exact subject-wise timings on their admit card. 

Q:   When will CUET UG notification release?
A: 

CUET UG 2027 notification will be released on nta.ac.in and cuet.nta.nic.in. The dates for the CUET 2027 exam, subject-wise, will be declared online. In the CUET UG 2027 notification, candidates can check the important details about:

Q:   When will NTA release the CUET city intimation slip?
A: 

NTA will release CUET city intimation slip online. Candidates who complete the CUET application process by paying the requisite fee can log in with their username and password and download the slip to check the city where their CUET UG exam centre will be located.

CUET intimation slip mentions the date of examination, shift, subject/test papers and medium chosen by the candidate while filling the application form. 

Q:   How can I check my CUET exam centre?
A: 

Candidates can check the CUET allotted exam centre upon release of CUET intimation slip and CUET admit card. Only candidates who will fill the CUET application form along with the successful application fee payment will be able to download the intimation slip for CUET exam. The name of exam centre will be mentioned on the intimation slip in advance to help candidates make preparations accordingly.

Q:   What special facilities are provided to PwD candidates to appear for CUET exam?
A: 

As per the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment guidelines, PwD candidates will be provided with following facilities:

  1. Scribe facility: In case the candidate has physical limitation and required a scribe for writing the exam, he/she must be certified in the format provided by CMO/Civil Surgeon/ Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care Institution.
  2. Extra time: PwD candidates will get extra time of one hour whether such candidates use scribe facilities or not.
Q:   When should I reach the CUET exam centre?
A: 

Candidates must reach alloted CUET exam centre two hours before mentioned exam time. Candidates must complete verification process and take their seats immediately after the opening of examination hall. If the candidates does not report at alloted CUET exam centre on time due to traffic, delay in transport, important instructions to appear for the exam can be missed.

Q:   What are the important rules that candidates need to take care of during the examination?
A: 
During the exam, each candidate are required to attempt subject as per the choice selected in the application form. Candidates are suggested to ensure that name of the subject on the screen is the same as per their admit card. If candidates faces any issue or in case of any discrepancy candidates need to inform invigilators immediately. Notably, candidates must attempt subjects as per their choice in the application, and they are suggested to take proper care of this point. As once printed on the candidates issued admit card the subject will not be changed.

No, it is not true that all students get good placements at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD). While AUD has a placement cell and some companies do recruit from the university, the placement scenario is not universally excellent for all students.
