Candidates need to qualify a minimum of Class 12 to apply for BTech programme. Given below are the eligibility criteria for admission to the BTech programme at IIT Tirupati:

  • Candidate should have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 75% aggregate.
  • Candidates based on their scores/ ranks in the JEE-Advanced exam will be selected for further admission process.
  • Selected candidates will be required to report to the admission cell at IIT Tirupati for document verification and fee payment leading to final seat allotment.
