• • MBA (Regular): This is a full-time, two-year MBA programme offered by the Department of Management Studies (DOMS).
  • Executive MBA (Self-Supportive): This is a part-time programme designed for working professionals. It's offered through the Institute of Distance Education (IDE).

Admission Through Learning Support Centres

To facilitate the admission process, Madras University has established learning support centres within Tamil Nadu. Students seeking admission in Madras University distance MBA programme can visit any of the learning support centres and complete the admission formalities.Applicants must have an undergraduate (UG) degree with the last 45–50% of their marks to be considered for admission to Madras University's MBA program. The total cost of the Madras University distance MBA programme is Rs. 38,740/- and the Project fee of Rs 3,000/- will be charged in the last year.

Eligible candidates need to appear for the entrance test conducted by University of Madras. Admission is based on score obtained in entrance test and marks in graduation.
