D.El.Ed is a certificate teacher training program which can be done after completing your 12th. After completing this course you are eligible to teach at lower (elementary) level schools. They may find work at institutes imparting elementary level education, like Government schools, Private schools, Nursery, Coaching/Private tuition classes and Daycare centers. It is always better to go for higher studies to have better career prospects. Doing MA would be better options as you will get an opportunity to work in colleges, schools and universities after clearing other criteria. After completing your MA you can also go for the doctoral program.

M.Ed full form is Master of Education which is a postgraduate course in the field of education. This course is a two-year professional degree program  pursued after completing a B Ed course from any recognised university. M.Ed is offered by the Department of Education in top universities and colleges. It is a popular course amongst candidates who wish to make a career in education and academics.
