5. In the first stage of the application form, enter personal details, such as name, parents' name, age, nationality, etc. Also, enter the present address information along with the permanent address.
6. Fill in the essential qualification details, including the year of passing and the school/ institution attended. Also, enter details regarding the entrance exam (if applicable).
