AUAT Counselling 2025 Seat Allotment: Check Dates, Fees & Procedure

To join the online counselling, you get to follow few steps written below.

• First, you need to register yourself on the University counselling portal. Pay the registration fee online using net banking or credit/debit card.
• After you finish the registration part, you can choose the subjects you like most and set your preference list.
• The online system will then give you a seat in a programme based on your rank and what you selected earlier.
• Once you get the allotment, go for document check with all your original papers and finish the admission formalities before the last date.

Candidates must remember the following points pertaining to the AUAT counselling process. 

• If a candidate fails to complete the admission process within the stipulated time period, then the seats will be offered to the candidates next in rank.
• The allotment offered at the online counselling is only a provisional allotment; the candidature of a candidate will be automatically cancelled, if he/she does not satisfy the eligibility criteria.
• There will be a common merit list for all B. Tech programmes and BCA and seats will be allotted according to merit and the candidate’s choice.
• If a successful candidate fails to register in the counselling portal within the stipulated time, under no circumstances the candidate will be allowed to take part in the admission process.

Qualified candidates will be required to appear in person for counselling as they have to verify their identity and original documents to complete the admission process. The candidates must bring along the following documents at the time of counselling:

Candidates are also required to bring attested photocopies along with the original documents of each and requisite admission fees as verified in the University website counselling portal. On failing to establish the authenticity of any of the above documents, the candidate will not be considered for admission.
