Good infrastructure. Bad management in terms of placements, especially to technical branches.
Placements: Placements in the college were not good for the core branches, neither for our batch nor the senior or junior batch. But there were good placement records for non-technical branches. However, we had to go to Amity Noida for placements every time which cost us too much money and time, and we had to face discrimination.
Infrastructure: Amity has a very good infrastructure and all of its extensions too. A very clean environment-friendly and sports environment with special attention to co-curricular activities is present in the college. The college is located in a large, widespread area with good location. Amity has buildings for every department and good civil design with beautiful and lush green environment.
Faculty: Faculty members are very nice and have good background qualifications, and labs are there for practical study. Amity has an abundant number of courses for every dimension of students and also for different nationalities. Since it is a university, it has a good number of branches. Faculty members are supportive, especially the mechanical engineering department faculty members.
Other: Amity has fests two times a year with a very good campus crowd in all of its extensions. Events are organised at regular intervals, and very attractive events are conducted too. Amity is very good in extracurricular activities. They give opportunities to everyone to enhance their skills. Scholarships are there, but we have to be top-ranked consistently throughout your college.

If you have money to enjoy, then go and waste but not for education.
Placements: The placement chance is 1% for mechanical engineering and civil engineering. For EEE, ECE and CSE it is 5%. It is a brand college, but don't concern with student's career and their placements. Not more than 5% faculty are experienced and highly educated. No practical approach. No research work is encouraged. There is less than 1% support in placements.
Infrastructure: Amity is famous for its excellent infrastructure. Beautiful environment. Plam drive etc. Place to live healthily and it is full of greenery. Great auditorium. Good in extracurricular activities. The hostel is awesome to stay comfortable. The labs are satisfactory. The library is poor. I don't find any book which can be used as a reference. No journals. No magazines.
Faculty: The curriculum is excellent on paper, but in reality, it is fraud. Nothing to learn. Excessive useless teaching from unskilled and unskilled faculty. There is no practical approach. No guidelines. No support. It is a place to only enjoy not for education. If you want to study, then choose some other college.
Other: If anyone wants to enjoy, then join this institute and have fun. This institute does not believe in education. The choice is yours. It is my personal experience. Maybe I am wrong. Other individuals can have different opinions. If someone feels offended, I apologise. I just want to guide nothing else.

Long live Amity University
Placements: The placement is good, with the overall scenario being 90% placed. Some students have opted out for research facilities. Near about 10% have got placed through PPOs and internships. Mainly, Tata Motors, Thyssen Krupp, L&T, M&M, Kirloskar, etc. visited with the highest package hovering around 15 LPA and average going around 9.5-10 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is world-class. The rooms, classrooms are very conducive to the overall development of a student and whatever a normal student desires, he will get all of these here. The food included both veg & non-veg. There was modernized equipment. The greenery around will surely catch everyone's mind very well.
Faculty: The faculty members are all top-class having vast knowledge and always backing the students. They can be considered as mentors also. Their way of teaching with extra-hours devoted and doubt-clearing sessions is really mindblowing. It will surely lift up a student. The friend circle of researchers also guides them.

It is one of those choices you make with the heart rather than the mind.
Placements: The placements are terrible for any institution in the present scenario, especially, considering the mechanical department. Some students got placed in IT companies, marketing, and sales areas, but there are very few from the mechanical field. I would say that the placements are relatively much better for computer science students as with many other universities.
Infrastructure: One thing that is good is the infrastructure. Whether it is sports or anything else on the campus, the facilities are on par with some of the good university standards. The Wi-Fi, the classrooms, and the sports facilities are decent enough, but the infrastructure falls behind in the most important areas like the library and the labs. Coming to the hostels, the stay is pretty enjoyable, and one will like the atmosphere.
Faculty: The coursework is good, but the amount which translates into teaching and learning experience depends on us. Even though the faculty members are not as experienced or qualified, they try, but I still doubt the standards. But, there are a lot of opportunities if one wants to excel.

Inexperienced Faculty, Good Crowd
Placements: The placements in Amity University depend upon the merit of the student. The placement here depends upon the branch you have selected. 100% placement is there only in IT and CS streams, where big IT companies come and recruit. The average package is 3-4 lakhs. For other branches, companies don't come. The core engineering branch sees only 6-8 companies.
Infrastructure: The only thing the college has is a great infrastructure spread over a vast area of land. We have parks, amphitheatres, auditoriums, state-of-the-art labs, classrooms (fully air-conditioned), Wi-Fi campus. The hostel rooms were well furnished and mess food was not that good but we had fast food restaurants like Mc Donalds and CCD.
Faculty: The faculty members were the real problem. They had a lack of experience. Amity University hired faculty members straight from IITs, who don't have any industry experience or academic experience. The syllabus is at par with the industry standards but the teachers are not that good.
