Point of view of a student at MUJ.

Placements: The course I am in was started in the last year. So our batch is the 2nd batch and no batch has passed out from our course. Jobs offered for graduates of this course are pretty good. Students can get jobs in the commercial sector or the R&D department.

Infrastructure: The quality of the infrastructure is excellent. Rooms of our block or new blocks are just like hotel rooms we book on vacation. We have lifts to travel between floors and staircases as well. There is an underpass for going to university from the hostel. The mess food is also pretty good.

Faculty: Our faculty members who have taught students in the previous semester and who are currently teaching them are highly educated and knowledgeable in their respective fields. The lab technician knows about every item in labs. They are also pretty good and know where a student would have doubts. Semester exams are not very tough but still difficult.

This is a decent tier-2 college with average placements and great campus life.

Placements: The placements in this college are average, though. For B.Tech CSE, the average package is 8 LPA-9 LPA, and also many students have been recruited by Infosys and TCS for low packages too. The highest package range is up to 35 LPA-40 LPA. The placement rate is good in this college, but the range of salaries varies.

Infrastructure: The hostel is too good but expensive compared to other colleges, and it has various food outlets in the college and hostel too. The sports facilities are really good, and there is also a great campus life in this college, as well as a hostel. I am really loving the campus life over here.

Faculty: The exams are done on an iPad, not on paper, and the gadget causes problems many times. That's a drawback, apart from that, the syllabus is good compared to other universities, and exams are not that tough either, but I feel the syllabus is too much to handle within such a short duration.

Other: I chose this course because I was interested in biotech. This is really a good college for this course, and the faculty is good too. The college is too crowded this year, but it has a strong alumni network, too. This is a good college, but the fee is too much compared to other private colleges.
