The college is good. Faculty are great, and there is a lot more to learn from them.
Placements: The college did not provide placements for the students of M.Tech biotechnology department. They don't even invite any core company. There was no provision for internships by the university. There was a placement cell, but not even a single company visited the college to conduct placements. But placements were improved for the students of junior batches.
Infrastructure: The college provides good Wi-Fi facility. Labs are good. Classrooms are awesome. The library and other facilities are very good. Hostel rooms are very good and well-maintained. They also provide laundry facilities. If the students face any issues, they resolve those issues quickly. Everything about this college is good. There are no issues with the infrastructure of the college.
Faculty: Highly qualified and very enthusiastic faculty members are present in the college. They motivate the students well. They handle both the teaching and research works, and they even justify both the aspects. They share good knowledge with the students. Teachers were helpful. The quality of teaching was good. Teaching methods are not good. The student to faculty ratio is good. They don't provide any industry exposure in the university. You have to find internships on your own.

Other: We had a massive campus with all the relevant courses possible but the only thing which I felt was lacking was a more academic oriented approach.
Somewhere, education came second to the fame of being an Amitian. But nevertheless, Amity provides a great ambience and environment for the growth of and individual and social being.
The tech fests and the non-academic competitions were no doubt par excellence.
I was a hosteller and till date, I miss my college days and mostly the hostel.

Other: The atmosphere is very cool. During your course, you will be taught different subjects in Biotechnology, each semester. The labs are good, the teachers are always ready to help and are very supportive.
For people who want to enjoy, get yourself involved in a group or sports as they have "a stress reliever field" for different sports in the campus. You can also enjoy bowling and chill out there.
Every year, the birthday of the founder is celebrated as Sangathan, where various students from different Amity campuses participate in sports events and get awarded.
There is an H- Block which is the real hang out place. There's a CCD, Domino's, Subway, McD (opening soon), fruit shop, dosa plaza and many more serving from Italian to Chinese delicacies. The crowd is diverse, contributing from East to West and North to South, with a foreign touch too!
For people who really want to study, you have a huge, multi-floored, escalated central library with another CCD. You are also provided with ATM joints and Allahabad Bank in the campus so that you are never out of cash. Experience at Amity was amazing for me, my 4 years, 3 years as a hosteller and 1 year as a day-"ski".
All those who opt for hostels, trust me you’ll enjoy to the fullest. From saturday movie shows to matches, you can also participate in talent events and showcase your skills.
I was placed on campus, and its true that there are not so many options for a Biotechnologists (as I was placed in an e-commerce company).
For those who want to go for higher education, sit back and study.
