Placements: In BE BIOTECHNOLOGY, the recruiting companies that came into our department are biopharmaceutical companies. The job you get after doing biotechnology is quality control and quality assurance. Various sectors that offers jobs include wildlife, marine biotechnology, and industrial biotechnology.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is awesome: labs, Wi-Fi facilities on campus, and a library that is open and has good content and text for all departments. Sports complexes, NSS, medical facilities (24*7), and infrastructure are designed to be beautiful and academic blocks are good too.

Faculty: In our department, teachers are highly qualified, and the way they help the students is really appreciated. 75 percent minimum attendance is mandatory. Two MSTs and one end-of-term examination and lab practicals in one semester are conducted, and I personally advise you to maintain your CGPA of 8.5.

Other: The college organizes so many events: talks with seniors, alumni meetings, and so on and so forth.

Chandigarh university: best college for biotechnology.

Placements: Most of the students were placed; students can easily get about INR 6 LPA, and moreover, it also depends on skills acquired by the student. Companies like Mankind, etc. come for the placement. Most of the students also got internships with various companies. The roles of quality managers, etc. are offered.

Infrastructure: All the labs are equipped with Wi-Fi and computers with various software needed for the engineering studies. Hostels are also good for lifts and good-quality food. Medical facilities, along with ambulance services, are also available. A sports complex is also there.

Faculty: Here, teachers and professors are the best; they are well trained and very knowledgeable. They acquire all the relevant skills and are also helpful in every way possible, every time. The course curriculum is very relevant and targets making the students industry-ready. Semester exams help to test the knowledge of students very efficiently. And it helps the students groom themselves. They require a minimum E grade to pass exams.

Other: I am inclined towards biomedical sciences, and this course helps me to be in the place I have also wanted to be. Events, fests, etc. are the best things here. We have a lot of extracurricular activities for holistic development.
