B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2026
Offered by Kings Engineering College

Go to Kings, come as a slave.
Placements: The worst placement support. Even the placement in-charge doesn't know the companies' names. They will say we provide 100% placement, but that's a lie. How can a Christian college lie like this? I don't know. They will even tell the students that they have to say we provide 100% placement.
Infrastructure: If it had zero stars, I would click that. The worst canteen you have ever seen. No classrooms with good infrastructure. The walls are broken like the students. Hostel food is very bad. In the canteen food, we found a snail. Even Bear Grylls doesn't eat like that, but we do.
Faculty: Faculty members watch YouTube videos before taking classes. But if we use AI, they say that they did not use AI in their age but completed their projects on their own. Faculty members are not well-equipped, but they can lie to the management. Some staff members are very good. I will miss them.
Other: If you want your future to be bright, do not go to this college. It may negatively affect your future.

B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2029
Offered by Francis Xavier Engineering College

Review of Francis Xavier Engineering College.
Placements: The college gives average placements, and I am not really sure that everyone gets a job offer. Out of around 120 students in a department, only about 40 students get placed. Since I am in ECE, ECE students at Francis Xavier Engineering College (FXEC) do get placement opportunities. But students with good programming skills, communication skills, and a strong academic record generally have better chances of securing higher packages.
Infrastructure: =The college infrastructure is good, but the classrooms are not well maintained. Bathrooms are good, and the college environment is also good. Bathrooms are cleaned every hour. The infrastructure of Francis Xavier Engineering College (FXEC), Tirunelveli, is generally considered good. The college also gives great importance to sports.
Faculty: Faculty in the college is very good. The relationship between students and faculty is also good. They treat students in a disciplined manner. The college staff conducts exams very strictly, which helps students study well and prepare for the exams.

This is an average college, but they have improved all the things in future, it will be good.
Placements: In our college, about 600 students are placed in good companies. The highest package is 17 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA, so this is an average placement. Now it becomes more useful, and lots of new companies come for placement, and training is also very good.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is very slow, but hostel food is very good and healthy. The infrastructure is very poor now only it will become good, and the labs are improved very well. Now, lots of new AI labs are constructed it is helpful for students in sports. This is the very best college in Coimbatore.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and friendly also. They are helpful for us. The semester exams are very easy. Most students pass every exam and they teach practicals. The projects are very useful for your placement, so they care for the project also.
Other: This is a good college they have improved all the things and also value for money.

Master of Computer Applications (MCA) - Batch of 2027
Offered by C. Abdul Hakeem College of Engineering and Technology

Honest review of C. Abdul Hakeem College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: The college placement cell is very up-to-date and active. It keeps track of the latest industry trends and understands the skills students need to develop. Companies like Amazon, TCS, Deloitte, Accenture, Goldman Sachs, Infotech, ICICI, and others visit the campus for placements. The highest package is around 15 LPA. The average package is around 3–4 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, group discussions, and practical tests to assess students' skills and performance. Students need to clear all the selection rounds to secure placements.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are good. Security is maintained throughout the day. Food is available at all times. The food is fresh, healthy, and tasty. Students are provided with many facilities and resources to support their academic and personal needs.
Faculty: The college has a good staff and faculty. Faculty members are highly qualified and provide a good standard of education. Teachers are knowledgeable and experienced. They guide students throughout the course. It helps them achieve their goals. Students can approach them anytime to clarify their doubts. Examination system follows semester pattern. It includes mid semester and end semester examinations along with practical tests. The end semester examination carries 70 marks. The mid semester examination carries 20 marks. Remaining 10 marks are allotted for assignments and practical tests. My course is Master of Computer Applications (MCA). The course curriculum is very well designed by professors. It includes practical work, and a good balance is maintained between theory and practical sessions. We also get opportunities to carry out research work. Curriculum includes latest technologies, making it relevant to current industry requirements.

Supportive faculty and a good learning environment.
Placements: The college offers placement opportunities for students through campus recruitment drives and career development programs. The placement support is good. Students who prepare consistently have a fair chance of securing good job offers. The college also offers opportunities across different domains.
Infrastructure: College offers good infrastructure, including library resources, Wi-Fi, and modern classrooms that support effective learning. Laboratories are well-equipped.
Faculty: Faculty motivates students to participate in workshops, seminars, hackathons, industrial visits, and technical events. It helps us gain practical exposure beyond classroom. Curriculum combines theoretical concepts with laboratory practice and research. Faculty members are knowledgeable and approachable. They always ready to guide students in academics and projects.

Placements are good. Satisfied with the way of teaching.
Placements: 80 percent of students are placed, but many of them didn't accept the offer. Only 3 to 4 top companies are in placement, which is related to my core domain. The lowest package is 2 LPA, and the highest package is 6 LPA in our class. Most students got around 2 LPA-3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Lab infrastructure needs improvement. Most of the lab equipment is outdated, this needs to be fixed. Classrooms are very good with project setup. Wi-Fi is available for all students with good speed. There are many books available in the library for each course, everyone can access them easily.
Faculty: Teachers are way better qualified, very helpful and knowledgeable. Their way of teaching is good. The curriculum is also good, but it doesn't make the student 100 percent industry-ready. Semester exams are easy if you study well. 95 percent of the students pass the exam easily.
Other: It combines the electrical and electronics fields into one that's what makes this course special to me.
