Ghaziabad Management Association Organizes National HR Conclave at KIET School of Management, Ghaziabad
The Ghaziabad Management Association (GMA), in association with KIET School of Management (KSOM), KIET Deemed to be University, Ghaziabad, organized a National HR Conclave on the theme “The Workforce Renaissance: Shaping Resilient, Futuristic and Sustainable Organisations” on Saturday, September 12, 2026.
The conclave brought together eminent industry leaders, HR professionals, academicians and management experts to deliberate on emerging workforce trends and strategies for building resilient, futuristic and sustainable organizations. The conclave commenced with an inaugural session on “Industry 5.0: Human-Centric Transformation – Redefining HR’s Role in the Age of Collaboration.” The session highlighted the transition towards a more human-centric approach to technology and organizational transformation.
Mr. Atul Sobti Director General, SCOPE and Ex-CMD, BHEL, the Chief Guest addressed the gathering on Industry 5.0 and the changing role of HR in the age of collaboration. Dr. Indarjit Ghosh Global Chairman, MSME CII, India, delivered the keynote address. The event was organized under the esteemed guidance of Dr. T. R. Pandey, President, GMA & Director, Ajay Kumar Garg Institute of Management and Mr Rahul Agrawal, Exc. Director GMA. Prof. Nagaraj Ramrao, Vice Chancellor, KIET Deemed to be University, and Dr. Manoj Goel, Pro Vice Chancellor, KIET Deemed to be University graced the occasion. The session also featured the welcome address by Dr. Binkey Srivastava, Dean, KIET School of Management.
An introduction to the HR Conclave delivered by Dr. Amita Srivastava, Director, Brencis Group and the presidential address of Dr. T.R. Pandey, President GMA. The session provided the foundation for the subsequent knowledge sessions.
The first knowledge session, held on “Digital Transformation,” focused on “AI – Impact/Challenges, HR System, Transformative.” The session was chaired by Ms. Riddhima Bajaj, CHRO, Micromatic Grinding Technologies, Ghaziabad. Mr. GD Bhatnagar, Founder/Director, IDENHIVE and Sr. VP & GCITO, Spark Minda, and Ms. Anjali Khanna, Head – HR, Noida.
The second knowledge session focused on “Compliance,” with the theme “Labour Code, Digital Personal Data Protection Act.” The session addressed on evolving labour regulations and the protection of personal data in an increasingly digital workplace. Mr. Anshu Bhartiya Director- Data Security & Privacy 4everCloud Technology Services. and Mr. Abhijeet Kumar, Senior Central Labour Service (CLS) Officer, delivered on Labour Codes, explaining their relevance for employers and employees. Dr. Dinkar Prasad Singh, Advisor shared insights on the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. The session was moderated by Mr. Anshu Bhartiya, Director – Data Security and Privacy, 4ever Cloud Technology Services.
The conclave concluded with a session on “Sustainability – Strategic Partner in Sustainability.” Dr. Poonam Singh Parihar, Secretary, Sustainable Development Society, Mobious Foundation, shared her perspectives on the role of organizations and people in advancing sustainable development. The session was chaired by Dr. Madhuri Mukherjee, Joint Secretary, Gram Niyojan Kendra. Through expert presentations and interactive discussions, participants gained valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities shaping contemporary HR and organizational management and the formal wrap-up of the National HR Conclave, followed by the final vote of thanks by Mr. Rahul Agrawal, Executive Director, GMA.
The event was supported by Micromatic Grinding Technologies, GPP Smart Technology Solutions, and SPR Auto Technologies. The collaboration with KIET School of Management co-ordinated by Ms. Punjika Rathi further strengthened the interface between industry and academia provided valuable exposure to contemporary organizational challenges.
