Kovai Bharathiar University campus is well connected by Airways, Road Transport and Railways. It is approximately 24 Kilometres from the Coimbatore International Airport and the approximate time to reach Bharathiar University from the airport by car is 45 minutes. Additionally, the university is approximately 12 Kilometres from the Gandhipuram Bus Stand. Yes, Bharathiar University Coimbatore has a separate health center to cater to the need for medical emergencies of the students and the faculty members. This center is inside the university's campus and has all the modern machines to provide better medical facilities.
