B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Internet of Things) (Lateral Entry) - Batch of 2027
Offered by Greater Noida Institute of Technology
1.6
Strict college life with limited growth opportunities.
Placements: Placements are below average, especially for IoT students. Most students depend on off-campus placements and self-preparation. The college focuses more on attendance than practical skills. Students mainly need to attend classes and sit for long hours without gaining much practical knowledge or skill.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is below average, with basic, old, and small labs, chairs, and library facilities. In one building, multiple departments like MBA, BCA, and B.A. LL.B. are running together.
Faculty: Teaching is very theoretical and similar to school-level learning. The curriculum is not fully industry-oriented, so students need to learn relevant skills on their own. Exams are manageable with regular attendance. After the first year, students need to study on their own because some faculty members lack updated subject knowledge. Phones and laptops are not allowed during class. The IoT department is very strict. Students get limited time for self-learning, projects, and internships.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2029
Offered by Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology (RKGIT)
3.8
It is an okay-ish college that provides good facilities, but I wish the placements are better.
Placements: About 80% of the students in B.Tech are placed. The average package ranges from 3–5 LPA, of which the highest is 34–36 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, and HCL Tech. I also hear from my seniors that over 300 companies come to recruit. Students become eligible for on-campus placements in the 6th semester.
Infrastructure: First-year classrooms are well lit, and air conditioners are provided. The mess food is not that good. Medical facilities are pretty good, and there is always an ambulance in the college. Sports are encouraged a lot. Hostel quality is okay. The library is also pretty good and has AC. It is open most of the time during exams and is accessible to hostellers even after college timings (maybe for day scholars too). Wi-Fi is available in most parts of the campus. The labs are well maintained.
Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. From what I know, some of the teachers are even pass-outs from IITs and NITs. The teaching is great. They make sure to start from the basics and keep an eye on the students. Although there may be some excessive nagging from the teachers regarding studies. The first-year course is not very industry-relevant, but it does help in providing a basic overview of all the courses. After that, most of the subjects are curriculum relevant. The difficulty of the semester exams depends on AKTU.

Everything about this college is average. There are better options.
Placements: Most students passed with first division. The placement cell of our college was very helpful. Almost 80% of students get internships from the college placement cell. Many big companies like HDFC Bank and Axis Bank come and recruit students from our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was average, with no AC in most of the classes despite taking so much fee from students, but the labs were nice with all working computers. Hostel food was very fresh and yummy, and we used to get more if asked, which is a good thing.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and used to clear all the doubts, even when asked again and again. Exams were of moderate difficulty. If you study well, you can clear the exams with good grades. Teachers used to take practicals in a fun and good way, which I liked.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to get into the IT field.

The college is really good.
Placements: Our college placements were 100 percent last year. Our college provides good placement opportunities. The highest package is 24 LPA, the lowest package is 4 LPA, and the average package is 8 LPA. The top companies are Cognizant and Infosys.
Infrastructure: All classrooms are really good. All classrooms have 2 ACs for students to make them comfortable. All the facilities and infrastructure are good.
Faculty: All the teachers are really helpful. We can ask for any help. All the teachers are well-qualified and they are really good at the way they teach. The teachers are like friends to the students. We can call them they always answer and they always help us. Their nature is so good. The important thing about the college is that all the teachers and all the first-year teachers are really good. They always help students.

Not complete, but some things are not good, like freedom to go home, it's like school, 10 to 3.
Placements: For the BBA course in our college, the placement opportunities are quite average. Only around 10 to 20% of the students get placed through on-campus recruitment drives. The highest salary package offered is mostly around 1.8 LPA (15,000 per month).
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our BBA department is really good and well-maintained. We have spacious classrooms with proper seating arrangements and ventilation. The college library is well-stocked with all the required management books, reference materials, and daily newspapers. We also have computer labs with decent Wi-Fi for our project work. The campus has a large sports ground for cricket and other activities, plus basic medical facilities are always available. The canteen area is clean and offers good quality food at reasonable prices. "Like I think the best facility available on the I.P. College campus, 2 Bulandshahr.
Faculty: The teaching quality is excellent, as they use real-life business examples to explain complex topics like Marketing Management and Human Behaviour The BBA curriculum is well-structured and definitely helps in making students industry-ready by building our confidence The semester exams are moderate difficult if you revised the class notes properly, you can easily score well The overall exam management is very smooth and strict, with a good passing percentage every year.

A college in Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad.
Placements: The college acquired mostly BPOs and customer support companies. Some IT and some finance companies like Genpact, Wipro, Usha, Infosys, TCS, and Tech Mahindra hire students. The package expected is from 1.5-5.5 LPA, depending on our skills and experience. However, companies that visit the college are not good.
Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure. The overall campus area is small. Every class has air-conditioners, but they won't turn on during the first days of summer. It does not have a medical room. It has 2 auditoriums and several computer labs where they teach stuff.
Faculty: Teachers here are nice and well-trained. They teach us subjects and give us assignments that we have to do and submit on time. If we didn't do the assignment, then they would not give us 20 marks. Exams that they conduct are in collaboration with CCSU.

Good college for B.Com. The faculty is good, you just have to cooperate with your faculty members.
Placements: Almost 90% students got placed. The highest package is 7 LPA, and the lowest is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, India First Bank of India, and Infosys. Almost every student has a chance to apply for an internship, but few choose to apply to companies like some were sales, and some were data handling. Top role offered is HR.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available on the floor and in every classroom, labs are top-class, and the library is also open to anyone to come and utilise their time. Classrooms have AC and fans available. The hostel provides good food. The only problem is that you have to take a gate pass when you are going outside the hostel. Games like cricket, football and volleyball are available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful during the year and exams. Also, they all have done PhD in their respective courses. The teaching quality is also good, they cover the syllabus very quickly. It focuses more on the first semester to give everyone skills required for industry readiness, but after 1 year, no skills are provided. The pass percentage is around 75%.
Other: I chose this course because it is less stressful. You can try any other different things while doing this course. Make attendance of students strict and also give them practical knowledge rather than theory. Events and festivals are organised properly, and students also take part in music and dance.

Review of Greater Noida Institute of Technology.
Placements: The placement is good. Students who get an 8 CGPA get placed. Students are satisfied with the placement. I get placed through the college itself.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the best. There are two libraries in a single branch. For BCA, there are two libraries. For B.Tech, there are also two libraries.
Faculty: Faculty is good. They listen to all the problems and organize many events for students. They also organize Sports Day for students, which is pretty good. I also participate in many competitions and win them. They also organize hackathons for students. All mentors are very friendly with the students. They listen to all the problems faced by students.
Other: I am interested in the tech field, so I chose BCA, and my college helps guide me properly. Overall, it is a good college for students. If you want to make your future bright, then this is definitely the college you need. If anybody wants to do B. Tech and BCA, then choose my college. They guarantee 100% placement.
