There is a placement cell of the university but it is not able to attract any kind of business organizations to visit the university campus for recruitment.

B.Tech. in CSE (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) - Batch of 2028

Honest review for engineering.
Placements: The course has just started so the 1st ever batch of the degree will graduate this year. Some students got placed in the 4th year only (off-campus mostly). There are minimal efforts from the university side, so students need to grind on their own for placements.
Infrastructure: The computers are there but no furniture. On paper there should be 3 labs in the department. But there is no proper computer lab in the department which is ironic because literally bachelors in computer science. The classes are okay, and other infrastructure is there.
Faculty: The curriculum is relevant. The semester exams are not so difficult and designed for students to pass if studied enough. Faculty is okay but mostly it's up to the students on how they are going to study. They shouldn't be dependent much on the teachers but rather on themselves.

It is the best college in Sirsa.
Placements: 69% of students got placed. The highest package was 12 LPA, while the lowest was 3.6 LPA. Top banking institutions, leading industrial companies, and government organizations recruited students from the college. Around 37% of students from my course secured internships at HDFC Bank and Axis Bank. My personal goal was to become an IAS officer.
Infrastructure: Many facilities were available in my college. The library was very good, and the classrooms were very clean. No kind of garbage was found inside the college. There were large grounds for sports, science labs, and special rooms for resting. Wi-Fi was available throughout the college.
Faculty: Our teachers taught very well and provided a very good education. We enjoyed studying with them, and teachers were very intelligent. The course was related to the curriculum, and students were taught many things about new industries. Along with this, they were also informed about new developments and topics. The way our teachers taught us, we had no worries during exam time because the entire syllabus was completed on time, and we understood it well.
Other: I liked the subjects given in it very much. I was very interested in studying this subject, which is why I chose this course. The thing I wanted to improve was that the time gap between classes should have been shorter, and there should have been fewer mistakes. Every year, new campuses were added to the college. There were many good people around, we received good scholarships every year, and various types of things were taught and assigned by all teachers.

Review of University College, Sirsa.
Placements: I was a student at one of the colleges in CDLU, Sirsa. It is a government college. There was a separate placement cell that organized placement from time to time. There are no companies in the city where I live but there are private banks that provide opportunities to students. The placement rate is good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. Unlike other government colleges, which often lack proper labs or computers, this college offers a good environment for students, including a computer lab with air conditioning and a spoken English lab where you can earn a free certificate. I was not a hostel student, but a friend of mine lived there. According to her, the hostel felt like a home, with well-maintained rooms, hygienic food, and extracurricular activities.
Faculty: Being a government college, it is understood that the staff is highly qualified and experienced, with many holding Ph.D. degrees. The B.Com curriculum is very relevant, covering topics related to business, management, and other related fields. The level of exams is easy to moderate, as the syllabus is limited. The college has a high pass percentage.
Other: I want to pursue my career in commerce, which is why I chose B.Com. The best aspect of the course is that it helps students understand practical problems in business, fostering a sense and understanding of the real world. The campus has a good crowd. Since it is primarily a girls’ college, it provides opportunities for girls from rural areas to continue their studies. The fee structure is very affordable; I remember paying 10000 for a three-year course.

College offers good infrastructure and a vibrant campus life, making it enjoyable for students.
Placements: Our college does not provide placement support for undergraduate courses. As a result, there are currently no placement opportunities available in our department. You will need to explore off-campus job options for recruitment. The college does not conduct regular placement drives. Occasionally, a company may visit once a year to offer some opportunities, but even those are limited.
Infrastructure: I would say the infrastructure is of top quality, including facilities such as Wi-Fi, computer labs, canteen, and library. Everything is well-maintained and efficient. As for the hostel, both the infrastructure and the food provided are commendable. The classrooms are also well-equipped, with 4–5 fans each to ensure proper ventilation and comfort.
Faculty: Faculty is overall average. While some teachers are excellent, others are just satisfactory. However, most of the faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course curriculum is relevant, especially for students aiming to gain practical knowledge. The semester exams are not very difficult, and the passing criterion is 40%.

College offers good infrastructure, and you can enjoy college life, but if you want placements, this
Placements: So, our college doesn't provide placement support for UG Courses, so there are no placement offers in our department currently. You will have to try for non campus jobs for recruitment, the college doesn't have any placement opportunity. Once in a year, some company may visit for providing opportunities, but they also don't have many opportunities.
Infrastructure: I would say infrastructure is top quality, whether it be Wi-Fi facility, computer labs, canteen, library, etc.. Everything is top quality. When we talk about the hostel, infrastructure is good and food provided is also good. Also, classrooms are good with 4-5 fans in every class.
Faculty: Faculty is average, like some teachers are very good and some are average. Faculty is well qualified and experienced. Course curriculum is relevant if students focus on gaining practical knowledge. It is not much difficult to pass semester exams, and pass percentage is 40%.
