Nice campus and nice hostel. Enjoying the university night vibes.
Placements: The placement cell is top in India, and very good companies visit here to take students in every field. More than 90% of students get placed here, and the average salary is around 15 LPA. The highest package is around 2.8 crore per annum.
Infrastructure: The university has a lot of hostel rooms available for students, especially for those from far away who might otherwise have trouble finding accommodations. The hostels are well-furnished and clean, and there is no need for students to seek accommodations in private homes.
Faculty: The university's curriculum is research-driven and undergoes continuous evaluation. Forty percent of the marks are based on internal evaluation and 60 percent on external evaluation. This process not only evaluates external exams but also internal assignments and other academic qualities. The evaluation is out of 10 grade points, making learning and evaluation flexible and not a burden for students.

The Central University of Kerala has very good academics.
Placements: The college offers various courses for management as well as BCA, etc. Students get 100 percent placement, and for other courses, students are helped to get placements, but it depends on their communication skills. Internships are provided by the college in various companies, and internships are provided in the local area. The college also takes different department students on industry visits, and global students are offered global trips.
Infrastructure: The Central University of Kerala can be referred to as a mini India, where students, scholars, and faculty from various parts of the country, as well as a few international students, study. We get to know about various cultures, people, their languages, arts, and food styles. It also helps us to improve our language and communication skills.
Faculty: The teachers are very supportive towards students; they understand us in every way and will help the students. They explain things twice if we can't get clear regarding topics without any temper issues. The authority also provides us with benefits, courses, clubs, and associations for students; each department has its own program and events.

Faculty members are good. Placements are best.
Placements: The placement rate of my college is 100%, the students become eligible for the placement after the final semester which is the 10th semester. So far I have not visited any companies personally but the average placement package is 6.5 LPA with the highest reaching upto 40 LPA. Percentage of students which are eligible for a placement are getting a 100% placement.
Infrastructure: The annual festivals held are the induction, the KLB MUN which is typically held around October. The library has full access to any books we need related to the curriculum and has internet accessibility to books as well. It provides newspapers daily, the classroom is provided with a whiteboard, projector and PC. There are tons of extracurricular activities held annually, sports is not very emphasized on in this college but is definitely available to take part in competitions held by DAVV and go further. There are 12 clubs and societies which are run by students and for which elections take place every semester.
Faculty: The faculty is extremely professional and kind. The faculty to student relationship is professional but also a little casual at times. The faculty does not disapprove and isn't rude to the students and aids them whenever needed. They show genuine care towards the students. Teachers have been extremely kind and helpful towards any student that approaches and are great teachers as well. The course curriculum is extremely relevant as it teaches the most updated laws and cases and explains them extremely well.

The atmosphere of the university is very calm and everywhere there is greenery.
Placements: There are lots of companies that come to the college with offers, and they provide placement training to students before they enter their final year. This training helps prepare students for the outside world in every way possible.
Infrastructure: Every year, the university holds an art festival called CANKAMA. It's a school-wide competition that lasts for five days. The university is at its most vibrant during this time. The library facilities are not so good, and the number of books is a bit less. However, online journals are available. All classrooms are smartrooms, and sports and other extracurricular activities are conducted. Unfortunately, the university lacks adequate grounds for conducting sports competitions or other large-scale events. Additionally, there is no auditorium large enough to accommodate all students at once.
Faculty: The faculty at Central University of Kerala are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help students with any issues they may have. The exam syllabus is fair and decent, and the topics taught in class are relevant to the course. In addition, students are given opportunities to learn skills outside of the classroom.

College surrounding area is good and has greenery.
Placements: Placements are good here in Karunya, and the highest package is 24 LPA. There are various different companies visiting the campus each year and recruiting most of the students with also good internships in top companies. There are various companies offering many internship opportunities for 3rd year students and also for the 1st year and 2nd year. They mostly focus on the final years and help them in every possible way.
Infrastructure: The campus life is really free and heartwarming. There are lot of places inside campus itself for students to spend their time, which includes the cafeteria and 1 canteen. There is also library, campus store, sunset point and footpaths with benches. There is also an open stage and an open auditorium, shuttle Courts, football field, etc. The main cultural program is Cangama, which lasts for 3 days. There are also various sports, department-wise Onam, Christmas, and Holi celebrations. All classrooms are smart classrooms. There is student council, NSS, IEDC, etc. run by students.
Faculty: The staff here is truly exceptional, and they give us the latest news and information. They are friendly with the students and they help us in any situation. They mostly show interest in the Christian Students. 3 internal exams and one main semester exam are conducted.

Enough exposure for higher education scope.
Placements: There are special professors appointed for students' placement. This is located at the entrance of the college placement cell. I also got a placement in Accenture, but I was unable to get into it due to personal problems. Those placements include companies like Infosys, Accenture, Vdart (which is located near the college), Microsoft, etc., which are top-level companies.
Infrastructure: Campus life is pretty good. There is scope for sports and arts. However, as of now, the number of annual arts events happening is less. But seminars and other departmental programs occur frequently. The library is very rich with essential books. Hostels will be available to almost all the students. If you don't want the hostel, you will have PG facilities nearby.
Faculty: The faculty members are friendly to us to improve our knowledge and enhance our vision of what we want. Also, there are more professors to develop our skills in particular jobs. So, we can easily get job ideas from the professors. There are a total of 6 semesters in the course, with 2 semesters each year.

I like the campus environment; it is quite natural.
Placements: We have a very good campus placement, and it is the key point here. We had around 36 students placed out of a batch of 58 last year from our department. Various other departments also have good placements. Mining engineering has a 100% placement rate. Every other department has a good number of students placed. The record was excellent last year, ranking the highest in placement of all years in ISM.
Infrastructure: Hostel rooms are well maintained with a low fee of only 1500 per semester. For the first and second years, you have to live in the New Boys' Hostel, and after 2 years, you will be shifted to the Old Boys' Hostel, which is very good. Hostel facilities are available for all, with 100% accommodation. Only nearby university students are not exempted from hostel facilities if their house is within 10 km of the university.
Faculty: The course covers all the aspects needed for industry purposes comprehensively. There are two Continuous Internal Assessments (CIAs) and one end-semester exam. Each CIA is worth 20 marks. The first one is written, while the second one consists of either objective-type questions, projects, or presentations. The end-semester exam is worth 60 marks. A student needs to score a combined total of 40 marks to pass the subject in a particular semester. Class size: 58 Course fee: INR 42,000 per year.

Hostel facilities are very good are green free campus.
Placements: Package and placement vary from year to year. It varies with the general trend in the economy. For example- in 2010, out of our total batch of 16 students, only 2 people were placed. However, in integrated batches of geology and geophysics, some people got placed in foreign companies like Schlumberger, Total, Cairn, and BP. However, Indian companies like ONGC and Reliance did not select students from campus interviews in that particular year. The packages of foreign companies like Schlumberger were around Rs 15-20 Lacs, same also for Total and BP.
Infrastructure: I reside in the university hostel named Periyar. Presently, the University has 2 hostels for men and each room is shared by 3. With the fact that the college is just 10 years old, the hostel seats are limited with around 80 percent allotment. The hostel mess can be improved.
Faculty: In the Department of Geology, digital classrooms, regular seminars, and group discussions by students on research trends in the area, fieldwork, short-term projects, and industrial trips are part of the course curriculum. More stress and emphasis will be given to theoretical as well as application research aspects.
