CUSAT's main campus is located 1.5 km off National Highway 47 in South Kalamassery. The campus is sprawling over an area of 180 acres. The facilities include labs, workshops, Triveni Coffee House, canteens, etc. Cochin University of Science and Technology has a total of 3 men's hostels which include Siberia, Sarovar, and Sanathana and 5 women's hostels which include Aishwarya, Anashwara, Athulya, Anaga, and Ananya.

The Cochin University Library was established in 1974 as a central agency for meeting the information requirements of the academic community of the university.
