Step 2: Selection Rounds

CSJMU selects candidates based on their merit in the last qualifying exam for most of the courses. For MBA, LLM, MCA, etc., the admission is based on entrance-exam score.

Step 3: Counselling

Once the selection rounds are over, selected candidates are called for counselling and document verification. Selected candidates must confirm their seat with the course fee to avoid rejection.

The hostel fee structure of Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University for boys and girls is between INR 15,000 - INR 31,000. CSJMU provides two boys' hostels with a capacity of 400 inmates and four girls’ hostels with a total capacity of 500 inmates. All the hostels have mess facilities at moderate rates, 24-hour power supply, common hall, TV room, reading rooms, telephone, recreational and sports facilities with a tight security system. The students are allowed to use their computers in the rooms. To avail of mess services on the campus the students need to pay INR 41,340.

CSJMU offers BDS course through UP NEET counselling process for which the eligibility criteria to appear in the counselling process should be with minimum 12th percentile of 50% for General, 40% for OBC, SC and ST candidates, and 45% for PWD candidates. Candidates who are natives of Uttar Pradesh getting 75% can easily get admission to CSJMU.
