CT SET 2026: Exam Dates, Application Form (Soon), Eligibility, Syllabus, Results

CT-SET is a University Level Scholarship Entrance Test for admission to CT University's various programmes. Undergraduate and postgraduate degrees are available. Engineering, Management, Healthcare, Agriculture, Pharmacy, Hotel Management, Diploma Arts, Paramedical, Ph.D Computer Application, Fashion Design, and other programmes are available at the university. This test serves as the foundation for programme eligibility and scholarship for the majority of the programme. CT SET 2026 aims to assist deserving students in obtaining a low-cost higher education and enabling students to develop a bright future. The test is conducted for BA LLB, BCom (H), BCom, LLB, BSc, BTech, BJMC, BOptom, BOptom (Lateral), BA, BBA, BCom, BCom (H), BCA, BCA (H), LLB, BPharm, BPharm (Lateral), BPT, BPT (Lateral), BPH, Bachelors in Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM), Bachelors of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT) (Lateral Entry), BPES, LLM, MTech, MSc, MPharm, MBA, MBA, MOptom, MPH and other courses.

Option I

• The application form of CTSET 2026 is available in online mode
• Visit the University website at https://www.ctuniversity.in/ or https://ctset.ctuniversity.in/
• Click the CTSET 2026 Apply Now button for Login.
• Enter the candidate details required and finish the registration process.
• Pay the registration amount INR 500 only online when prompted

Note: For online application, Applicant should have Online Banking facility through Net Banking/Debit Card/ Credit Card etc.

Option-II

• Offline Mode Visit the CT University offices
• Students will be required to purchase the CTSET brochure cum form from University admission offices/authorised centers by paying INR 500.
• Candidates filling the application form offline are also required to register on website.
• Candidates are required to fill in the unique number given on the CTSET 2026 offline application form while registering themselves on the official website.
• The admission process following the above step is similar to that of the online mode.

Eligibility Criteria for UG programmes

• Candidates must have qualified in PUC (Pre University Course) or class 10+2 examination with Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects, as well as one of: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, Electronics, or Technical Vocational subjects.
• Aspirants must have obtained at least 45 per cent (40 per cent for SC/ST candidates) in the above subjects taken together from any Board recognised by the respective State Governments / Central Government / Union Territories, or any other qualification recognised as equivalent thereto.

Eligibility Criteria for PG programmes

• Candidates must have passed the PUC (Pre University Course) or class 10+2 examination with Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects, as well as one of: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, Electronics, or Technical Vocational subjects.
• Aspirants must have obtained at least 45 per cent (40 per cent for SC/ST candidates) in the above subjects taken together from any Board recognised by the respective State Governments / Central Government / Union Territories, or any other qualification recognised as equivalent thereto.

Eligibility Criteria for Diploma course

The students interested in applying for the diploma course must have passed a bachelor’s degree of three years in any stream or BE/ BTech with 50% (45% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST) of marks in aggregate from any recognized University/institution or any other qualification recognized as equivalent.

• Total questions - 100
• Time Duration - 1 hour 30 minutes (90 minutes)
• Marking scheme - 1 mark for correct answer. No negative marking

The scholarship will be given to limited candidates on the basis of the performance scored in CTSET 2026. Candidates have to fill the application form before the last date of admissions. All the eligible candidates will be required documents are to be submitted with the scholarship application.

CT University offers Scholarships for Meritorious Students as per performance in CTSET. CTU offers scholarship worth Rs 25 crores.

The Indian Institute of Information and Technology, Hyderabad, offers 34 Undergraduate (UG) courses, 26 full-time Postgraduate (PG) courses, and 2 part-time Postgraduate (PG) courses. The exam body also offers Research and Doctoral courses.
