The WBJEE JECA 2025 admit cards were available for download October 10 - 19, 2025. Registered candidates could access the WB JECA 2025 admit card download link at https://wbjeeb.nic.in/jeca/ using their application number and date of birth. No other mode was used to release the JECA admit card 2025.

The JECA admit card includes details of the allotted exam centre, date, timings, and guidelines. When reporting to the exam centre, candidates must present their WBJEE JECA admit card along with a valid ID proof. Without the admit card, the candidates will not be allowed to take the test.

Steps to download the WBJEE JECA 2026 admit card

WBJEE JECA 2026 admit card will be released online. Follow below steps to download the JECA admit card-

  • Visit wbjeeb.nic.in/jeca
  • Go to the Candidates Activity Board and click the Download Admit Card for JECA 2026.
  • Log in using your JECA 2026 application form number and password.
  • Click on 'Sign In'
  • The admit card is going to be displayed on the screen.
  • Download and print the admit card for future reference.

Q:   Can I present a soft copy of the WBJEE JECA admit card at the centre?
A: 

No. The authorities will not accept soft copies of the WBJEE JECA admit card at the examination centre. All candidates are expected to bring print outs of the WBJEE JECA hall ticket. Without the hall ticket print out and valid original identity proof, the candidates will not be considered eligible for the WBJEE JECA examination. Since no provision to print out the hall ticket will be provided at the centre, the candidates are advised to bring printouts. 

Q:   Which login credentials are required to access the WBJEE JECA admit card?
A: 

If you need to download  the WBJEE JECA admit card, open the official JEC exam portal and click on the link that says download admit card. It will be usually located in the centre, in a box type notification. It will redirect to a new page where you can use your application number and password to check and download your admit card. If you have forgotten your login credentials, go back to the official portal and follow the instructions mentioned on the official website to re-access.

Q:   Which ID proofs are accepted at the WBJEE JECA examination center?

When reporting at the exam centre, the candidates will be required to bring with them their WBJEE JECA hall ticket and one original proof of identity. 

One of the following proofs of identity can be submitted before the authorities at the centre - Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Passport/PAN Card/School ID or any Govt. authorized photo proof of identity. If the proof of identity is not submitted, the candidates will be prohibited from attempting the exam.

Q:   Can I change my allocated exam centre that is mentioned on the WBJEE JECA admit card?
A: 

No. you will not be permitted to request alteration of the allocated exam centre in the WBJEE JECA admit card. Once the exam centres are allocated, the authorities will not entertain any request for alteration. Hence, the applicants are requested to verify their preferred exam centres given in the WBJEE JECA application form thoroughly before filling the application form. Allocation of exam centres is given according to the preference of the applicants and availability at the centre.

WBJEE JECA 2026 Exam Day Guidelines

  1. Carry a printed admit card, a valid photo ID (Aadhaar/Voter ID), and a recent passport photograph.
  2. Arrive at the exam centre at least 60 minutes before your reporting time. Later arrivals will not be permitted to enter.
  3. Only black or blue ballpoint pens are allowed to mark the OMR sheet. No pencils and ink pens please!
  4. Electronic gadgets like phones, smartwatches, calculators or study materials are strictly not allowed inside the exam hall.
  5. Do not roam around while in the exam hall and do not leave until all OMR sheets are collected.
