Absolutely satisfied because of good placement, worth every penny.
Placements: All students were placed in the last year. This year it is very good. Reliance, L&T, and major companies have already recruited, but Gail hasn't come for recruitment until now. The highest package is 22 LPA, while 7.5 LPA or more is the average. This year, 19 third-year students got internships at the Reliance refinery in Gujarat. In many cases, the companies that gave internships will recruit them. Many roles are given to students. If you don't have any supplies in the exam, you will get an internship and placement.
Infrastructure: The library is good, and basic amenities are provided. First and second-year students have to take private PG hostel rooms, as the college doesn't provide them. Only a few long-distance students were given the hostel. There's a good canteen and sports facilities, but medical facilities are low and no pharmacy is provided by the college.
Faculty: There are fewer responsible teachers, and the management system is not very good. The curriculum is good. If the students put in some effort beyond the syllabus, it will be a huge benefit to stand out and make them industry-ready. The semester exams are moderate, and if students are willing to put in effort for the exams, they will surely pass.
Other: Events and fests are moderate. There are good placements if you are disciplined and ready to take responsibility. Safety and fire engineering is the best choice.

College ROI is really good.
Placements: The average placement till 2023 was approximately 8.3 LPA. After that, due to the recession and college companies' bond issue, it decreased to 5 LPA. After the placement cell worked along with the alumni network, the placement rates got better, currently between (7.5-8.2) LPA.
Infrastructure: Old college with old infrastructure, but the new buildings are very good. The college comes under CUSAT University. It's a very reputed college on an international scale. You will find a lot of international students, and in our college, we have good libraries.
Faculty: Faculty members are really strict, especially for the Computer Science department. They take a lot of exams compared to other colleges, and the paper evaluation is also strict, but for some branches like IT, Safety, and Fire Engineering, it’s a very high standard.
Other: The college is fully loaded with plenty of fests, but if you're North Indian, you will not enjoy the fests that much because most of the songs are in Malayalam. Still, we have Hindi songs and performances as well because the Hindi audience is both Malayali and North Indian.

Good college with decent placements, supportive faculty, and nice campus life.
Placements: Placements in the college are decent and improve every year. Many students get opportunities through campus drives. Top recruiting companies visit for different courses. The average package is good for freshers. Some students also get better offers based on skills. Internship opportunities are also available for interested students. The placement cell supports students with training, aptitude classes, and interview preparation. Overall, placements are satisfactory for students who study seriously and improve communication skills.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library, and Wi-Fi. Laboratories are useful for practical learning, and equipment is maintained properly. The library has enough books for academics and competitive exams. Hostel facilities are average to good with clean rooms and proper security. Mess food is manageable, and the canteen provides extra options. The campus is clean and peaceful. Sports grounds and other activity areas are also available for students.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful, qualified, and experienced in their subjects. Most teachers are supportive and clear doubts whenever needed. Teaching quality is good, and classes are conducted regularly. The curriculum is relevant and gives proper knowledge about the course. Exams are moderate level, and students who attend classes and study regularly can pass easily. Internal exams, assignments, and practicals help students prepare well for semester exams. Overall, academics are satisfactory.
Other: I chose this college because it offers good education with affordable fees. The best things are supportive teachers, a decent campus atmosphere, and value for money. The college conducts events, cultural programs, and sports activities regularly. Connectivity to the campus is also convenient with transport facilities nearby. Scholarships are available for eligible students. Overall, it is a good college for students who want quality education and a balanced college life.

Great campus if you want to enjoy college life.
Placements: IT has around 55% placement, but the CUSAT graduate certificate has good value. If students do not get campus placement, they still get interview opportunities and many chances. I am a first-year student, so I do not know much about placement training yet, but I have heard it is good for CS, SF, and Marine branches.
Infrastructure: Some toilets are old and not properly maintained. Some classrooms do not even have smart boards. However, not all classrooms and toilets are like that. These facilities could be improved since the fee is similar to other private colleges.
Faculty: Faculty is mostly good. Exams are postponed if there is any issue, and student groups are strong in influencing decisions. They do not force students to attend classes. It is optional, so students need to have proper self-discipline.

Good infrastructure, supportive faculty, vibrant campus life with events, & decent academics.
Placements: College offers good placements and opportunities every year. Almost 80 percent of students get placed every year. This year, the highest package is about 37 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. Overall, there are good opportunities for placements and career growth.
Infrastructure: It has well-equipped labs, clean and spacious classrooms. A library with useful books and digital resources. Hostels are decent with basic amenities. Mess and canteen food are rated 8/10. Good options for sports and games. Medical facilities are available for basic needs.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is generally good. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready, as we have internships and projects in each semester. Semester exams are not very difficult. They are easy if we study regularly.

A places that need more improvement.
Placements: B.Tech Safety and Fire Engineering has 100% placements over the years. The average package is around 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies include IOCL, GAIL, and Reliance, etc. Students get opportunities to do internships in big companies. The main roles offered are Safety Officer and Safety Engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of certain classrooms can be improved. Wi-Fi is available in the library. There is a big library with many books related to studies. University hostels are available, and for those who do not get them, private hostels are available nearby. The food quality is okay.
Faculty: There is a shortage of permanent faculty members currently. The available faculty members are well qualified and helpful. The course curriculum is mostly relevant, but I heard from my seniors, it does not fully make students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate with a good pass percentage.
