Delhi University (DU) fee depends on various factors like courses, college and category of students. DU offers various undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs in its affiliated colleges. Each programme may have a different fee structure. In general, Science programs are more expensive than arts or business programs. More than 90 colleges are affiliated to DU. Each college may have its own additional fees on top of the central university fee. Top colleges like Shri Ram College of Commerce or Hindu College may have higher fees. There are reservation categories SC, ST, OBC and EWS. These classes usually have lower fees. The total fees (including the Central University fees and the university fees) can vary from INR 4,000 to 50,000 per year, from a few thousand to around INR 15,000 in Central University and varies by colleges.
