While Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) has ranked higher overall among institutions when it comes to characteristics like graduate results, teaching, learning and resources, outreach, and inclusion, JMI has performed worse than Delhi University (DU) when it comes to the metric of "perception." Depending on what you want to learn, yes. Although they have different disciplines, both Delhi University and Jimia Millia Islamia are reputable universities in India. While JMI is a minority university with an emphasis on Islamic studies, the social sciences, and the humanities, DU is a sizable public university offering a broad variety of courses and faculties. It would be advisable to investigate both universities and determine which one has the best curriculum in your particular field of interest.

The total cost of tuition for the University of Delhi's BA and BA (Hons) programmes varies according to the college a student is applying to and getting admitted to, from INR 540 to INR 1.5 lakh. The student's chosen specialization for the same BA course determines the course fee in addition to the affiliated college. This data is based on information from the official sanctioning authority website and is subject to update. The entire amount that a student must pay is significantly more than 540 Indian Rupees. This is because DU colleges also charge other fees for things like application fees, development fees, test fees, and other things.
