Best life in Doon University campus.

Placements: Placements are held almost every year in this university, which is not just in the English department, a lot of placements are held in our department too, which goes at a very good bonus price and almost every company comes here for placement and takes the selected students from here on the basis of placement.

Infrastructure: The hostel facilities here are also very good, it is cleaned every day and the food here is also quite good to a great extent and proper geysers are installed in every bathroom and a volleyball court is also available here and along with this a badminton court is also available here.

Faculty: The faculty here is very good, who is very helpful and they help us in every topic and I have heard a lot of good feedback about this university before, so this is the reason why I took admission in this university Our curriculum includes almost all topics related to Physics and the labs here are also very good and the faculty helps us a lot in the lab.

Debunking Doon University.

Placements: Our course doesn't have placement drives. It usually happens in other courses like languages or management. The placement in these departments is good, though. Last year, the highest package of the language department was around 13.92 LPA. But unfortunately, the sciences department doesn't have such kinds of placements.

Infrastructure: The buildings are mostly Wi-Fi enabled. We can use the Wi-Fi with the passwords provided to us by the college authorities. The classrooms are well furnished, but they do not have the facilities of air conditioning. The hostels are pretty average considering the low fees of the hostel, and the food does have a non-veg option in the mess.

Faculty: The permanent faculty members are highly qualified. Most of them have done their PhDs from IITs. They also have a post-PhD degree and are well versed in the subject knowledge. The curriculum is also very much relevant when it comes to preparing for competitive exams like IIT JAM and GATE. The semester exams are not that difficult and are manageable.

Other: Extracurricular activities also take place regularly in the college. Two fests, one at the time of Holi and another at the time of Diwali, are conducted in the college.
