Overall, it is the best university for an M.A. in Sociology course.

Placements: About 89% of students got placed in our college. The highest package was 15 LPA, the lowest was 2 LPA, and the average package was almost 9 LPA. Top recruiters were Monk Prayogshala, Satyarthi, Anantics, etc. Almost 76% of students in my course got internships. Social researchers, sociologists, etc., were the top roles offered.

Infrastructure: New groups began before the previous ones finished their coursework. Leaving the new group without a classroom for approximately six months. Requiring them to stay in the library or the anatomy hall classroom. Laboratories possessed all the necessary tools and resources. You could contribute library books for as long as you wished. The interactive board wasn't functioning. The hostel was well-equipped.

Faculty: Our educators were professional and knowledgeable. The UPSC Committee picked them. Our instructors were well-trained and encouraging. The tests were completed just as expected. The number of tests conducted each month was average. They might have been easily overlooked while searching. The success rate was 67%.

The best college for M.A. in Sociology.

Placements: About 85% of students get placements in our courses. Many reputable companies come to our college to hire students. Top recruiting companies are NGOs, government agencies, research institutes, social research organizations, ActionAid, and Oxfam. About 75% of students get successful internships. The top roles offered in our courses are Research Associate, Programme Coordinator, Policy Analyst, and Development Consultant.

Infrastructure: Our college facilities and infrastructure are decent, with a Wi-Fi facility, smart classrooms, a library with an amazing collection of books, a computer lab, a conference room, and a lounge for studying. The hostel facilities are very good, with a clean and eco-friendly environment, and the rooms have ample space. The quality of the food served is also good and tasty. We also have a medical facility with doctors and nurses. There are various sports facilities for the students, such as a gym, volleyball court, badminton court, and table tennis room.

Faculty: The teachers are well-educated and knowledgeable, and they solve every problem. Their quality of teaching is very good. They are very friendly. The college helps the students with industrial visits. Students go for industrial visits every semester. The semester exams are tough. However, with the help of the faculty members, students can easily clear the exams and get good marks. Most of the students pass the exams with a percentage of more than 70%.

If you want to experience and develop critical thinking and want a liberal space AUD is the one.

Placements: We didn't apply for placement this year. Also my seniors are currently either doing their Ph.D. from various universities including AuD or are preparing for higher studies and civil exams or are working at various places. Though there is an active placement cell that the university has that sends you information through mails on a regular basis regarding placement event and interviews and job opportunities.

Infrastructure: One of the best and environment-friendly infrastructure is found in AUD. You can also find very clean and well maintained classrooms and washrooms on every floor of each and every building. It has one of the best libraries. Also a lab that is open to all students not just to study but to chill around as well. Canteen has the best and delicious food at low rates. You could also try the Indira Gandhi universities canteen as well as they both share the same campus.

Faculty: Teachers and faculty are the best that you could find here who are very much qualified and knowledgeable. They are very helpful if you contact them any time. And a lot of industry exposure is available at AUD. Courses are made in such a way that students can critically indulge in the subject and also can learn new things. You could also find courses where you are required to visit and travel to various other places and organisations.

Other: Events are a part for AUD life. You can always find events happening in the campus at various places. Also students and campus crowd is really friendly. Scholarship is available to students who score the highest in every semester in their respective departments. And there a lot of extracurricular activities that happen in the campus if you are interested to join you are free to join.

AUD M.A Sociology is for expanding the horizons.

Placements: For the field of arts, the placements just after M.A is not worth, but as far as the college is concerned, the people do get the placements and get opportunities to work as the research assistants and the scholars. The students can get into activism by joining NGO's etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure on the campus is great. A well-functioning computer lab is given access to the various academic journals. Along with this, the library has a huge and great collection of books like academic books, theory, and fiction as well. Every class has a screen for the presentations. The food is homely and good.

Faculty: The course is well laid out, and the pattern of examination and assessment is innovative and comprehensive. The emphasis is given to the class participation, debate, discussion, and the critical thinking. The students are made to think and give the voice opinions.

Other: The exposure and the overall development is central to the curriculum of AUD, M.A sociology programme. There are various workshops, lectures, seminars, and the collectives happening all around the year. The crowd is mixed as the administration is pro-upliftment of the people from all the classes and the backgrounds. Regarding connectivity, it is just 200m away from Kashmere gate metro station.
