There are a lot of student-run societies that help in holistic development.

Placements: College provides PBL (Project-Based Learning) activities in groups, which is innovative but useless. Internships are not provided completely; if you want an internship, you have to find it yourself. But if you are skilled enough, the college can help you out. The stipend for the internship is around 6-15 thousand. The role of the internship depends on your branch and your skill and experience in that particular field.

Infrastructure: The campus life is very vibrant and full of activities. There are various fests like INIZIO for the freshers and COMMFIESTA, which is conducted by the commerce department. There are mainly 2 libraries in the college, and both of them have various books and journals. The sports facility is also pretty good, and there are various sports like football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, cricket, track and field, etc. There are more than 20 societies, and each one of them is student-run, focusing on different things. The societies range from social entrepreneurship to e-sports to music and dance. The classrooms are spacious, and all the classrooms are equipped with projectors. The labs are also in great shape. There are also 2 NGOs within the college.

Faculty: The faculty is open-minded and friendly, but once you *** them off, your internals are gone. They will take revenge, taunt you, and spread *** about you to students as well as staff. Exams are mediocre, but you have to study hard. Some subjects are very tough.

I was not very satisfied with the faculty. Course is good but needs improvement.

Placements: There were no placements provided for our batch. Our batch was the first ever batch in M.A Economics. There was no internship programme for our batch either. However, the department tried hard to get students placed, but things didn't work out as wished. Recent batches have managed to get some offers.

Infrastructure: Classroom facilities are good on the campus. We had proper projectors, boards, tables and computers for the course. But, we were provided a lab was as a classroom. It would have been better if we were given a proper classroom. The library does not have required books for the course.

Faculty: Faculty members in the college are average. There are newbies with less or no experience teaching the masters course. However, two of the faculty members were amply experienced which was reflected in their teaching. The course was basic and has much scope for improvement. But the course has certain sections that are very interesting.

The infrastructure of the college is good.

Placements: The M.A in economics is a new course in GGSIPU. We didn't get any internships from the college because, at that time, there was no placement cell. The placement cell of the college has started, and it's working well. The college has been successful in inviting some companies on our campus for our course. So, if you take the admission for this course, you have to work by yourself for placements and internships. Don't expect much from the department.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is really nice. The classrooms are clean and air-conditioned. The college provides a Wi-Fi facility. The library is amazing. The medical room is far from college buildings. There is a very big ground for games. Canteen is just fine there, and quality of the food offered is not that good. However, I love the Thali available in canteen. There are Amul, Nescafe, and Healthy Chulha available on the campus.

Faculty: The faculty members are fine there. It's improving year by year. The university prescribes the course, and teachers follow the course structure. They might give you some extra research papers to read. Teachers are helpful there, but they lack experience. You have to study on your own at the end.
