Good infrastructure and friendly approach. But more likely to give importance to money.
Placements: Mostly junior architect is the roles offered for freshers. In my college, seniors are opting to move out of india and work in foreign, as there is more scope for future architects. As far as I know there are no placements in my course, but other courses are getting placed in many companies.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available and mobile phones are permitted, but shouldn't use during classes. Classrooms and labs are available anytime, can be used by students during their flexible times in college hours. Library has separate period hour in the timetable. Food is not too appreciable, but they are improving.
Faculty: There are teachers who have more knowledge and experience and also there are staffs who are just Bachelor degree holders pursuing Masters on the go. Curriculum is very good and they ate improving and changes are happening to adopt to current requirements in the industry. Pass percentage is like 80% - 90%. Exams very easy and mostly relevant to the syllabus. Only 5%-10% would fail and also they might clear on arrears and revaluation.
Other: Campus crowd is like mostly average. College building is under construction for the past two years. Culturals are happening and also we are allowed to attend other college fests also. And as a B.Arch student we go on many field trips, site visits, educational tours, etc. Also fun tours like north india trip for 25 days and international trips to dubai, singapore, malaysia, etc. Are also available ( fees to be paid separately ).

I'm happy to be a student of MGR Institute.
Placements: Placements are not provided for B.Arch. students which is a professional degree. You need to apply directly to the firms that you want to work with. You need to have good communication skills and an impressive portfolio. The respective faculty members will help students to make the personal portfolio. A subject is included in the course curriculum which is helpful for students to have good communication skills and also to build a successful career.
Infrastructure: Our college has a very comfortable and well-planned infrastructure. The college is not divided into various fields, and the whole building is for architecture course only. There are well-ventilated and huge classrooms with many ceiling fans and lights. There are well-equipped studios to make learning and work environment more comfortable for students. There are well-maintained and hygienic washrooms on every floor of the building. A healthy environment can be seen on the campus. There are well-equipped computer labs, well-maintained library, a good canteen that provides healthy food. Hostel rooms are also well-maintained. Girls' hostel is available on the campus, and the boys' hostel is located on the opposite side to the college, making the college the best choice for a student. Auditorium and projectors rooms make the college technically advanced.
Faculty: Our college has many highly qualified and well-knowledgeable faculty members. They are very helpful to the students, and also they maintain a friendly relationship with students. They make the class interesting by including individual and group activities in the class hours. Faculty members are always available to solve the doubts of students without any hesitation. Personal attention is also given to students. Their teaching quality is extremely good. The student to faculty ratio is 10:1. Our college conducts industrial visits quite often to make our learning process more practical.
Other: Our college has good connectivity. One can easily access shops and other transport facilities available at a walkable distance. Inter-college and intra-college fests are held in the college. For deserving bright candidates, our college provides educational scholarships. The college has an eventful and well-behaved smart crowd. Sports facilities like football, cricket and other indoor sports are present in the college.

Yes, depends on your interest. You may pursue Architecture course. You need to qualify in NATA and then take admission in Architecture course in Dr. M.G.R. Educational And Research Institute.
