Admission to BArch course is based on NATA/ any other Aptitude test conducted by the competent authority of State or Central Government score. Candidates must pass the Class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects with 50% aggregate and 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Passed Diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject having obtained at least 50% aggregate (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the aggregate.

To get into Periyar Maniammai University for a BArch course, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the university. Students must pass Class 12 with a 50% aggregate. Periyar Maniammai Institute of Science and Technology offers full-time BArch courses of five years duration. For B.Sc in agriculture is around 80000 per year and security fees is 10000 rs.

For barchar courses it is around 1 Lacs 90000 per year .

For animation courses the Diploma courses in animation fees is around 1lakh 20000 per year.

For biotech courses B.Sc biotechnology or other life Science course the fees is around 90000 per year.
