Gauhati University offers a 2-year B.Ed course in the field of Education. Offered through 39 affiliated colleges under Gauhati University, admission to B.Ed is subject to a university-level entrance examination, namely GU B.Ed CET. Candidates who wish to get admission to B.Ed at Gauhati University can apply online. The official site is https://admissions.guportal.in. A step-by-process of Gauhati University B.Ed application is as follows:

1: Visit the online official portal of GU Admissions, i.e., https://admissions.guportal.in.

2: Click on B.Ed Application Form in the left-hand corner. The application link will only be available when it is ongoing.

3: Register with all the details required in the registration form and note down the application number and password. 

4: Login using the application number and password and fill out the application form, upload the required documents, photograph and signature.

5: Review all the details again and submit the form along with the submission of the application fee.  The application fee is INR 1,500 which needs to be paid online.
