GJUST admissions usually begin in June for UG and PG courses with the opening of registration portal. The applications open online and continue till July. For PhD courses, the application forms are usually released in the first week of August. The university concludes the admission within a month.

The mode of application is online. Candidates need to pay an application fee of INR 1,500 for General Category (INR 750 for EWS candidates of Haryana and INR 375 for SC, Deprived SC and BC Category candidates of Haryana). Check below the steps to apply for GJUST BA (Hons) admission:

Yes, no entrance exam score is required for GJUST BPharm course. Hence, you can get admission without any entrance test scores. The aspirants are admitted based on their aggregate in the last qualifying examination, i.e., Class 12 or equivalent. Candidates who meet the course-specific eligibility criteria can proceed with the application formalities. 

GJUST BPharm application can be filled out in online mode by visiting the university official website. Application must be submitted before the deadline. GJUST also conducts an entrance test for candidates who have not appeared for CAT exam. GJUST Entrance Test comprises 100 questions of one mark each. A pass in bachelor's degree and/ or in the master’s degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanity with at least 50% aggregate is required to apply for GJUST B.Ed course. Candidates who have passed Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with a minimum of 55% aggregate or any other qualification equivalent thereto can also apply for GJUST B.Ed course. 

Candidates who meet the eligibility conditions are eligible to apply online for GJUST B.Ed course. Aspirants must have the documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission.

MA is a two-year course divided into four semesters. GJUST offers MA in four specialisations at the PG level. Candidates who have passed graduation with at least 50% aggregate (pass marks for SC candidates of Haryana) can apply for GJUST MA course. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission. 

Additionally, candidates also need to qualify an entrance test conducted by GJUST for admission to MA course. GJUST Entrance Test comprises 100 questions of one mark each. It is a 1.5 hour test which will include multiple-choice questions.

No, GJUST admission is entirely merit-based for B.Ed course. In case, a candidate has also passed the master’s degree examination after the bachelor’s degree, the higher percentage of marks obtained either in UG or PG degree will be taken into consideration while determining the merit. However, if two or more candidates have obtained equal marks, the following procedure will be used for the preparation of their merit.

• Candidate senior in age will be given first preference
• If tie still persists, then marks obtained in Class 12 will be considered
• If tie still persists, then marks in Class 10 will be considered to break the tie
