GLA University Mathura offers the following facilities to its undergraduate and postgraduate students:

• Hostel: GLA University Mathura has 4 girls' hostels and 12 boys' hostels. All the hostels have basic amenities like water purifiers, a mess, a recreation room, a common room, TV, laundry services, security, and a surveillance system
• Library: The Central library is the hub of information services
• Sports Complex: GLA University also has a basketball court, a badminton court, volleyball court, football ground, among others

At the postgraduate level, GLA University Mathura offers MBA courses to students. MBA is offered in various specialisations. GLA Mathura is ranked 54 by NIRF 2023 under the Pharmacy category, 151-200 by NIRF 2023 under the Engineering category, and 20 by India Today 2023 under the Science category. MBA students are placed in top companies such as Adani Group, Wipro, Accenture, Microsoft, and others. The accepted entrance exams for MBA are GLAET, CUET-PG, MAT, XAT, CAT, and others.

GLA University offers various UG and PG courses in the stream of Engineering, Law, Humanities, Management, Commerce, Law, etc. The popular courses offered at GLA University are BA (Hons), BTech, BBA, BCA, MBA, etc. The university also offers admission to five-year integrated courses such as BA LLB, MBA Integrated and various Lateral Entry courses.
