B.Tech. (Hons.) in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2026
4.6
Good placements and knowledgeable faculty.
Placements: Almost 40 percent of B.Tech CSE students got placed. There are almost 2000 students in our batch and 800 got the placement. The off-campus placement is also included in the statistics. The highest package is 60 LPA for Microsoft and the lowest is about 3 LPA for different companies.
Infrastructure: So the infrastructure of the college depends upon the block-by-block. My block includes all the facilities like AC, Wi-Fi, etc. The hostel is also nice according to the price. We have a mess 4 times a day. Overall good experience and value for money.
Faculty: Most teachers are very knowledgeable. If you have any queries you can ask them. Also there are many sections in the university so teaching quality depends on the type of students too. The difficulty of exams is medium, if you study well you can easily pass the exam.

The best private college in UP. It gives many facilities to learn and grow in terms of skills.
Placements: Almost 60-65% of students are placed in the batch of 2026. The package starts from 3 LPA, and the average package ranges from 6 to 8 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan, Cognizant, Capgemini, Infosys visit for mass hiring, in which around 200 to 300 students get placed in each drive. More than 100 companies visit the campus, among which Gemini Solutions, based in Noida/Gurugram, is one of the first, which takes at least 9 to 10 students.
Infrastructure: The mess food is better than outside food. It is also budget-friendly compared to other colleges. There are many facilities available. It provides both double and triple-seater rooms for girls with or without AC. Boys can have triple, double, as well as single-seater rooms with or without AC.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive. They help in both academic and extracurricular activities. Exams happen twice in each semester, with each subject being of 100 marks. Most of the syllabus is covered, and faculty give their full effort.
Other: There are many students, so you need to find your space and grow. It is also easy to grow if you manage well. Many students are focused on things that are not very important. If you stay dedicated, you can get the best out of it.

Good infrastructure and average placements.
Placements: The thing to notice here is that there is too much competition as so many students take admission for B.Tech in CS but if you are an above-average student who is decently preparing for placements, have decent DSA, core subjects and projects and aptitude, you will definitely get placed. Companies that come here include Capgemini, Cognizant, Accenture, Gemini Solutions, LG India, and many startup companies that offer packages ranging from 4 LPA to 8 LPA. Most startups come with a bond. The average package here is 4 LPA-5 LPA but there is always a luck factor also.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of classrooms, labs, and the library is pretty decent. Most classrooms have AC and fans with a good Wi-Fi connection. In the library you can self-study but for girls the library can be accessed only till campus closing time as girls need to be inside their hostel after that around 6:45 pm. The hostel food and rooms are nice. They also provide ambulance facilities and a dispensary for small checkups. The food tastes good if you are not a picky eater. AC rooms are also available.
Faculty: The faculty here mostly just come to do their work not that interested in solving your doubts. Not all can be categorised as some are also very good and helpful. The curriculum doesn't get you ready for placement or the industry you will need to self-prepare. The exams here are medium-level. Mostly the teacher tells some important topics and you can also access the previous year's question paper and get decent marks and maintain your CPI. Also for programming and full-stack there is a CBT-based test.
Other: There are hackathons for showcasing your project and coding skills where you can win cash prizes. The fest is below average as they don't bring any big personality but if you have friends you can enjoy your college life here.

I am satisfied with the college as it has a good number of companies visiting the campus.
Placements: Almost 60-70 percent of students got placed from my course. The highest package is 21 LPA, the average package is 6 LPA-7 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting company in my course are JP Morgan Chase and Co. Around 60 percent of students got internships in various companies like Watermelon Software, Parker Digital, Nile Technology etc. The top roles offered in my course are AI engineer and Data engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the labs is good. Instruments are fully updated and Wi-Fi is available for use. Outer is available in every class. The facility in the hostel is too good especially for girls as they have a very secure and safe environment. The quality of the girls' hostel mess is too good. They provide a good variety of snacks and there is an option of a food committee too for adding new dishes.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable but they lack practical implementation especially in new emerging techs like AIML AND deep learning. The course curriculum is good and makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are not difficult at all. You just have to go through the subject notes provided by the respective faculty and the previous year's exam paper.
Other: I have chosen this course as I was interested in coding and I am grateful that I chose this course because this enhances my thinking skills and personal skills too. Things would be better in terms of practical knowledge. There is a lack of practical implementation in this course. Extracurricular activities are very often. We can extend it more as this is college time every student needs to enjoy.

If you are interested and passionate in the field, you will 100 percent get a good package.
Placements: In my course, Computer Science, GLA University wants more than 65%. The average package is 6.4 LPA, and the highest package is 60 LPA. The top companies that come to our college are Capgemini and Infosys. More than 85% of students get internships in 2 years. The specialisation in my course gives a 2-year multi-specialisation, such as AI and data science, cybersecurity and AI, blockchain, robotics, web development, and IoT.
Infrastructure: In every class, a smart board and free Wi-Fi are available. More than 20 computer labs are available. Every department has its own separate library. In the hostel, facilities are good, like every hostel has AC and free Wi-Fi, but according to me, the mess food is not good.
Faculty: Most teachers have more than 15 years of experience, and they have good knowledge in their field. The curriculum is not very good. The semester exam difficulty level is moderate. The exam is done in 2 phases, one is 30 marks, and the other is 50 marks, and WP marks are given based on the student's performance by the professor.

Good placements & supportive teachers with facilities.
Placements: I am part of the B.Tech Computer Science from the 2022 to 2026 batch. In my college, 75 to 80% of students got placed. The highest salary reached 60 LPA, the lowest salary is around 3.75 LPA, and the average salary is around 4 to 6 LPA. The top recruiters include Capgemini, Cognizant, and Accenture. About 70% of students have secured internships in startups and IT services. The top role in our course is a software developer and an analyst engineering.
Infrastructure: The college department is well arranged with computer labs with high-speed Wi-Fi, projectors, and a library with books. Hostel facilities are satisfactory, and rooms are spacious enough, the mess food is average. The canteen offers foods with prices. Medical facilities are available on campus, and sports grounds are maintained with different types of clubs.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and helpful. Some have a Ph.D., and some have industry experience. Teaching quality is fine, they guide in projects. Curriculum is updated with subjects like AI and cloud. Exams are not too hard, if you study regularly, you can pass. The pass percentage in our batch is above 90%.
Other: I chose this course because I was always interested in computers and coding. The best thing about the course is the placement support and the exposure to new technologies. Teachers are supportive and guide us in projects. Things that can be improved are the more practical labs. Campus life is good, with fests, hackathons, sports events, and cultural programs. The crowd is high and mixed from different states, so you get to learn from each other. Connectivity to the city is fine, and scholarships are available for merit students. Extracurricular activities like debate, coding clubs, and sports are active.

Good university for placement, rules, and regulations. Most of the company visits.
Placements: Placement is good, most of the MNCs and startups visit. The highest package offered is 44 LPA, which varies from a minimum of 3 LPA to 4 LPA. Most of the MNCs like Cognizant, Capgemini, and Accenture visit the campus. Most of the students got internships and full-time jobs.
Infrastructure: Lab and classrooms are good. Wi-Fi, lab, and all equipment are available. Hostel is good but it needs to work on sports and gym equipment. They need to add more but have sufficient kits. The canteen is good. The food and mess are amazing, the food quality is the best, etc. The infrastructure is the best.
Faculty: Teachers are good and trained. Semester exams are moderate but need to study and score well for future placement. The curriculum is good for the future, good campus life, the difficulty of the exam is moderate, and it needs to be revised seriously, etc.
Other: I chose B.Tech CSE because I'm interested in Java, coding, etc.

Genuine review from GLA University.
Placements: In my batch, the placement rate is average, it's about 70 percent. The highest package is around 18 LPA. The average package is around 4 LPA. Generally, recruiting companies are mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. Internship is about 70 percent.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms are smart and modern. There is world-class infrastructure in our college. Hostel, food, and rest are all average to decent category. Medical facility is available in the college. Sports and games activity is available on the campus.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and had years of teaching experience. They help us in everything and their teaching is practical and interactive, which makes study interesting. Course curriculum is relevant and helps us in understanding fundamentals. Semester exam and question paper are of moderate level.
