Absolutely satisfied with the GMRIT.
Placements: In our campus this year nearly 248 members selected for Infosys. The recruiting companies are Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant. Nearly 50 percent of students got placed last year. 40 LPA is the highest package till now. We have internship for one month in 3rd year starting and final year full semester.
Infrastructure: We have labs available in our lab hours and we have LAN connection in labs only. We have vast library with variety of books. We have projectors in our classrooms. We have GMR Care Hospital near to our college. Hostel is not so good to the value of money but not bad.
Faculty: Lecturers teaches only knowledge required for passing exams. Practical knowledge is provided but up to the mark of placements. Course curriculum is not so updated to technologies. Semester exams are not so tough to attempt but we need to study hard to get good marks.

Balanced experience, good placements, supportive faculty, and decent infrastructure.
Placements: I am from the 2025 batch, B.Tech CSE at GMRIT. 75 percent of students are placed. The highest package offered is 12 LPA, the lowest package offered is 3 LPA and average package offered is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini. Nearly 40 percent got internships in TCS, Infosys and startups. Roles offered are Software developer, Tester and Data Analyst.
Infrastructure: My course at GMRIT, the infrastructure is quite good with well equipped computer labs, decent Wi-Fi, smart classrooms and a large central library with both digital and physical resources. Hostel facilities are average but manageable, rooms are clean, and food in the mess is okay. The canteen is better, and medical as well as sports facilities are available.
Faculty: Faculty at GMRIT are mostly helpful, well qualified and supportive. They explain concepts clearly and are approachable after class. The curriculum is relevant and includes practical labs and projects that help with industry exposure. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty and around 85 percent of students usually pass each semester.
Other: I am from the 2024 CSE AI & this batch and chose this course because of my interest in coding and software careers. The best part is the practical labs, projects and coding culture. I wish there are more industry visits and hackathons. GMRIT fests and technical events are lively, the crowd is friendly, the campus surroundings are peaceful, buses connect well, and scholarships support many students.

The college is actually good and students get to enjoy and experience new things.
Placements: More than 500 + students get placed from our college every year. The highest package offered to one of our seniors last year is 40 LPA in cybersecurity. Infosys is the top recruiting company, mostly everyone got the internship from our course. Data Scientist, Data Analysis, and many other courses are offered.
Infrastructure: Our classrooms have a lecture capturing system, which is very useful for students who were not able to attend the college. Our Library is also very good. We also have a digital library for students to use. Labs are very good with a proper internet LAN connection. Finally, the infrastructure of our college is good with complete greenery. Our college has both indoor and outdoor games.
Faculty: Teachers clarify the doubts and are very helpful even when students are interested in other domains. They help the students and guide them into their dreams. The curriculum includes important foundation. It helps you prepare for basic industry jobs, but additional self learning is needed for advanced skills. The semester exams are easy as long as the students pay attention in classes and have a good foundation. The pass percentage is, maybe, 40 percent.
Other: I chose Artificial Intelligence and Data Science as it is very trending, and I want to learn about this field as it looks interesting. The best thing about this course is the combination of different studies as we drive deep into the course. It is more fascinating to learn the things that work like magic. I do not think there is anything better to improve. The biggest event held in our college is step cone where people from different colleges also come and participate in the events. We conduct hackathons for students to get experience. Students also get scholarship.

In our college, a lot of facilities are available. Many companies also visit here.
Placements: I am currently pursuing my B.Tech in GMRIT in the stream of Computer Science and Engineering with a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. 70 percent of students got placed from my course. The highest package offered in my course is 42 LPA. The average package offered is 11 LPA and the lowest package offered is 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: In my college, there are many facilities like Wi-Fi, LAN, ATM, library, sports area, and gym. The food and all the infrastructure in my college are very good. The quality of food in the hostel and canteen is good. There is a hospital near our college which is very hygienic. Sports and games are also available in our college.
Faculty: Faculty members in my course are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable in their respective subjects. They explain concepts clearly. They are always ready to clear my doubts both inside and outside of the classroom. The teaching quality is good with a balance of theory and practical learning. Faculty members also help us move forward in our careers.
Other: I belong to the 2023 batch and pursued the CSE (AI&DS) course. I chose this course because I was interested in this field and it offers good career opportunities in the future. The course has supportive faculty and a good campus environment with events and extracurricular activities. It should provide more industry exposure which could further improve learning.
