GBPUAT Exam Application Form 2025: Check Registration Fees and Steps to fill

Candidates can apply for the entrance exam as per the simple steps below:

Step 1: Fill Pantnagar University Entrance Exam Application Form

Visit the official website of GBPUAT and click on the “Candidate Registration” link - http://www.gbpuat.org.in/registration.aspx

On clicking the link, the page will open up with an online registration form for the Pantnagar University Entrance Exam 2026 as under:

Students should fill in the information in their registration form like their number, email id, date of birth, domicile and the course they are going to apply for.

Then, students need to fill in their captcha security code and click on the 'Register' button at the bottom. 

Next, candidates need to log in using the login credentials i.e. registration id and password sent through SMS on their registered mobile number as under:

After this, the applicant's account will open as under with tabs for: 

• Fill the application form 
• Edit/ Update Details 
• Pay Fee
• Print Application Form 
• Print Fee Receipt
• Log Out

Now, the candidates can fill all the required details in the application form as under: 

• Personal details such as name, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, Aaddhar number, category, religion, nationality etc
• Subject group for which candidate wants to give the exam
• Education details such as status of the qualifying exam (passed/ appearing), subjects studied in last attended institution, marks scored, etc. 
• Correspondence and permanent address
• Recent passport size coloured photograph of 20kb-50kb size.
• Scanned signature of size 10kb-20kb made on white paper with black/ blue pen.
• Left-hand thumb impression image

Next, candidates have to fill in the academic details and select the test centres for appearing in the entrance exam. 

Step 2: Upload documents in Pantnagar University Entrance Exam Application - After filling all the details, candidates are required to upload their documents i.e. photograph, signature, and thump impression as under:

Candidates can pay the application fee by using debit card/ credit card/ net banking options only in online mode as under:

It may be noted that along with the application candidates also need to submit other forms such as confirmation page printout, copy of fee receipt, self-attested copy of category certificate (if applicable), self-attested copy of certificate or mark sheet of the qualifying exam, and self-attested copy of Class 12th certificate.

• It is advisable to read the filled information before submitting; if there are any mistakes, your form might be rejected by the GBPUAT Exam officials. 

The GBPUAT Admit card is a mandatory document for students to bring on the day of the exam. Those who complete the GBPUAT Application process will be able to access the hall ticket. The hall ticket for the GBPUAT Exam will be released by the exam officials online. 

Students must go to the official portal to download their hall ticket when it is out. The GBPUAT 2026 admit card release date is tentative in the third week of May 2026. Those who carry their hall ticket will get to appear for the exam.
