GBPUAT 2025 Application Process started on March 18, 2025, and the last date for candidates to complete the application process wasMay 18, 2025. Candidates who wish to apply for GBPUAT admissions 2025 must ensure that they visit the official website, gbpuat.ac.in, to complete the registration process and then fill out the GBPUAT 2025 Application Form along with the required documents for the GBPUAT Application Form 2025 process. After filing the application form with the important details, candidates must submit the important documents.

After registering for GBPUAT 2025, students can make changes by visiting the official website during the correction window period. The end date for candidates to make the corrections was between May 1, 2025, to May 7, 2025. Candidates will have to first register to access the application form. Registration will be allowed in online mode only to be eligible to appear for the GBPUAT 2025 Exam.

Candidates seeking admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered at GB Pantnagar University have to fill out and submit the application form before the last date.  The GBPUAT 2025 exam is going to be held on June 1, 2025, for UG & MCA courses and for the DVPLE, Master's and PhD courses exam was conducted on June 8, 2025, between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.  Only those applicants who successfully fill out the application form will be issued the GBPUAT admit card 2025 in online mode. Q:   When will GBPUAT exam 2024 registration starting?
A: 

The GBPUAT 2024 exam registration was started on April 1, 2024. Along with release of the notification, the application as well as the exam dates, admit card dates and result dates have been announced in the notification. 

The last date to fill the GBPUAT 2024 application form was May 7, 2024. Authorities have extended the last date to register for the exam along with online corrections which is same date. 

 

Q:   When will GBPUAT entrance exam 2024 notification releasing?
A: 

The GBPUAT 2024 exam notification was released on April 1, 2024. The notification contains all the important information about the exam, such as the exam date, eligibility criteria, application process, exam pattern, and syllabus.

Along with the notification, the application form for GBPUAT 2024 was also started on the same date and the last date to apply online is April 30, 2024

Candidates are advised to keep checking the GBPUAT website regularly for the latest updates on the exam notification.

Q:   Can I modify in GBPUAT 2024 application form?

Yes, the exam conducting authority have also provided the application correction window. Students can make the correction in their application form of GBPUAT 2024 between May 1 to 7, 2024 in online mode only.

How to apply for Pantnagar University Entrance Exam 2025?

Candidates can apply for the entrance exam as per the simple steps below:

Step 1: Fill Pantnagar University Entrance Exam Application Form

Visit the official website of GBPUAT and click on the “Candidate Registration” link - http://www.gbpuat.org.in/registration.aspx

On clicking the link, the page will open up with an online registration form the Pantnagar University Entrance Exam 2025 as under:

Candidates need to fill in all the details asked in the registration form including, email ID, mobile number, date of birth, programme applied for, domicile etc. 

After this, enter the captcha security code and click on the 'Register' button at the bottom. Before clicking this button, cross-check all the details carefully.

Next, candidates need to log in using the login credentials i.e. registration id and password sent through SMS on their registered mobile number as under:

After this, the applicant's account will open as under with tabs for: 

  • Fill the application form 
  • Edit/ Update Details 
  • Pay Fee
  • Print Application Form 
  • Print Fee Receipt
  • Log Out

Now, the candidates can fill all the required details in the application form as under: 

  • Personal details such as name, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, Aaddhar number, category, religion, nationality etc
  • Subject group for which candidate wants to give the exam
  • Education details such as status of the qualifying exam (passed/ appearing), subjects studied in last attended institution, marks scored, etc. 
  • Correspondence and permanent address
  • Recent passport size coloured photograph of 20kb-50kb size.
  • Scanned signature of size 10kb-20kb made on white paper with black/ blue pen.
  • Left-hand thumb impression image

Next, candidates have to fill the academic details and select the test centres for appearing in the entrance exam. 

Step 2: Upload documents in Pantnagar University Entrance Exam Application - After filling all the details, candidates are required to upload their documents i.e. photograph, signature, and thump impression as under:

Candidates can pay the application fee by using debit card/ credit card/ net banking options only in online mode as under:

It may be noted that along with the application candidates also need to submit other forms such as confirmation page printout, copy of fee receipt, self-attested copy of category certificate (if applicable), self-attested copy of certificate or mark sheet of the qualifying exam, and self-attested copy of Class 12th certificate.
