Placements: I am a student of GSFC University of B.Tech FSHE 4th year. Mine is the first batch to pass out in 2023 so till now, there have been no placements held but companies are already approaching us because of the uniqueness and importance of our field. We were approached by a company in Porbandar in a port and they offered a salary package of 8 LPA for freshers as safety officers. We have done internships in many industries including GSFC itself, BARC, CCC ( City Command Center), GIDM ( Gujarat Industrial and Disaster Management). Roles offered in our course are fire and safety officers and consultants in many fire equipment installation consultancies.
Infrastructure: GSFC University is located in the GSFC township so we get all facilities that an employee gets like gardens, temples, etc. Besides that, there are 3 buildings SOS ( School of Science), SOT ( School of Technology), and SOM ( School of Management). The university is not so old. Thus, the buildings are designed very efficiently and have facilities like gymnasium, labs, computer labs, workshop, library, etc. I don't stay in a hostel but the hostel as per my friends' experience is very good as they provide spacious rooms and good quality food.
Faculty: All faculty members in the university are qualified and they have Ph. D. degrees in their fields. The curriculum is according to the standards of industries and has the subjects that are going to help when we go to companies for internships. Exams are tough in a way but are good for testing our abilities. The percentage of passing is 80%.
Other: Fests are organised by students and they have a big role in it. Faculty members are very friendly and helpful in every possible way.

It is best for chemical and fire students because they have a good relationship.
Placements: About 60% of the students from our course get placed. The salary offered ranges from Rs. 89,000-1.2 lacs per month. Students get placed in companies like GSFC, ONGC, IOCL, and Reliance if they score more than 75% in academics. In the previous year, about 70% of students get placed.
Infrastructure: The hostel is in A1 condition. It provides Wi-Fi. The infrastructure is on a whole other level. It provides a sports pavilion. It has a hospital with excellent equipment. The canteen provides continental food. Mess food is very good for hostel students. The hostel has multi-spring beds.
Faculty: Exams are average and not that tough. The pass mark is 33%. Teachers are excellent in their own field. Their teaching skills are great. Every teacher now how to know everybody's weaknesses and strong points.
All they want is attendance of 75%. Overall, the college is the best.
Other: I have chosen this course because it is a good course because there are very upcoming opportunities in the chemical industry. The college conducts a lot of extraordinary events which balance the study pressure.
