College is good for chemical engineering and mechanical engineering students.
Placements: Almost 10% students got the placement till now. The highest package was 4 lack don't know about the lowest but as per my information it was 2 lack. All the students will get internships if there is no covid protocol then gsfc will provide internships in gsfc ltd but as of now we have online internships.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is good as for computer labs.
Labs are also very good for chemical departments and new building has very good labs developed after we completed our college. Library is very good there are lots of good books there. I'm not a hostel student so I don't have proper idea about it.
Faculty: Some teachers are really good but some are not that good because some teachers are very bad at teaching so we have to work hard and on our own. No, students don't get industry ready they just get the basic knowledge about some processes and equipment. Exams are easy if you read properly so it is not an issue.
Other: My course is chemical engineer and it's very nice. I like plants and a chemical engineer has to work in plants so it's very interesting and knowledgeable to see a plant working. Event are really nice and now updated campus is very good for students.

The college makes the students industry-ready.
Placements: Above 30% of students got placed from the chemical engineering branch. The highest package offered is around 6 lacs per annum, and the average package is 2.5-3 lacs per annum for the chemical branch. Reliance hires at 5.5 LPA (starting salary), while GSFC recruits with a good package which hikes to 13 lacs per annum after 3 years of joining in GSFC Ltd. Other companies coming for the chemical branch are Deepak Nitrite, Deepak Finolex, Atul, Axtel, Transpek, Alembic etc. 100% of students got internships from our course in core companies like GSFC Ltd., IOCL etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available, but Wi-Fi speed is quite slow. Labs for every subject are very new and well maintained with all required instruments. Classrooms are well designed, but only 2 classrooms have hierarchical seating arrangements. Other classrooms are average. The library is very good, and you can get standard books related to your branch and also other facilities. The canteen is very small, and very limited food items are available. The college has good medical facilities, and one can also go to the hospital of GSFC Township if required. The college doesn't have a sports ground, but we can use the sports complex of township. GSFC Township has a cricket stadium, which is well maintained, and even sometimes, Ranji trophy tournaments are also held on this ground. All other sports grounds are available in Township like tennis, football, badminton etc. Students can also use swimming pool and gym of township. The college has good hostel facilities and average mess food (as per source).
Faculty: Almost all the faculty members are very knowledgeable (there is an exception even in IITs and NITs). Many faculty members are from prestigious IITs, and many of the faculty members have pursued their doctorates from foreign universities. Their teaching quality is very good (except for one or two). Few faculty members come from GSFC Ltd., (employees) to teach us, which helps us to correlate the taught content with industry. Semester exams are above-average, and the passing criteria is now 36% in mid-semester+CEC (Continuous evaluation in classrooms) and 36% in the end-semester. CEC includes assignments, quizzes, attendance marks, presentations etc.
Other: Events and fests are organized on campus. Extracurricular activities are average. The scholarship amount is very low, 3,000, which is paid to the gold medalist of every branch every year.

I am satisfied because there are internships at every end of semester.
Placements: As per merit base cut off, I got admission 86%. The average salary package offered ranges from 5 LPA to 8.5 LPA. GSFC Ltd, Atul, Prakash, LCS, Alembic, Dipak Nitrate, MRF Anupam Axtel are the top recruiting companies. All students get internships at any percentage.
Infrastructure: It provides Wi-Fi, laboratories, digital system classroom, library, canteen, excellent food service in mess and canteen, medical, sports, gym, and many ground available at the township.
Faculty: All teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. The course is industry-related courses. There will be 40% of the total passing percentage. Semester exams are difficult high.

It is a developing university, and it is trying to do good every year.
Placements: I am studying chemical engineering from the 2019 batch at GSFC University. Generally, there will be 70-100 students in the chemical engineering branch of a particular year. I really don't know the exact number of students who got placed. However, I was shown that about 50% of the students got placed in various companies. Mostly, recruiting companies for our college are GSFC Ltd, Deepak Nitrate and some laboratories. All the students are offered internships by our university in companies mentioned above.
Infrastructure: Classrooms, labs and library are good enough here. There is also an open theatre, but the canteen is not much good. With respect to other universities, this university is not huge. However, there are clean labs, but they are not highly equipped with machines. The library is quite good, and Wi-Fi and reading facilities are good.
Faculty: The teachers here are well qualified and knowledgeable. Most of them are qualified from IITs or NITs, and they have good experience of teaching. They are very supportive. The course curriculum is a little different from the course curriculum of other universities. Here there is an in-depth and huge course for engineering, but sometimes faculty members can't complete the course within time. However, the course is very good to make students industry-ready.
Other: I have studied with students who are from a chemical background, so I obviously got an interest in chemical engineering. So, I chose this course. I think chemical engineering should be included with designing course. Extracurricular activities are very active at GSFC University. Our campus and its surroundings are very clean and neat.

To establish and evolve a research driven university.
Placements: Placements for my batch and my senior batch is not done yet, because our university started in the year 2015. They provide the courses like chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, integrated M.Sc. B.Sc. and BBA programmes.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, medical facilities, sports and games are available. The infrastructure, environment, campus, canteen and hostel facility are not good.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good. Various teaching methods are used. The faculty-student ratio is 1:60. We get industry exposure for 1 month in every semester as an internship. This is the extra thing which is taken place by the university.

The university is excellent.
Placements: The first batch has not passed out so no placement done till date. But the main positive thing of GSFC university Vadodara is that the student gets internship after completion of every semester from first year itself. The internship is done at gsfc ltd, transpek, gipcl, deepak nitrate all major companies of Vadodara. The main aim of university is to make the student industrial capable.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is so good fully Wi-Fi enabled, classrooms with AC and Projectors, with gsfc hospital beside the main building. The college has sports facility also. University has boys and girls hostel separately and canteen also. The girls hostel is near campus but boys hostel if some way far from campus.
Faculty: The teachers are good. Many teachers have Ph.D. degrees and have more tha 8-9 years of experience in the respective fields. The teaching quality is fantastic other than lecture classes there is tutorial classes to solve problems and the teaching is also done through PPT if needed.
Other: The university arranges guest lectures to motivate and also runs students managed club like robotics gocart etc. The campus surrounding is so good silent and full of greenary.

The college is good for future for the engineering course in a stage of development in this years.
Placements: Till now, there are no placements because this is the third year since the establishment, so no batch has come out, and that's the reason there are no placements but will get placements definitely because of its standard education system, industrial exposure, and the GSFC brand with it.
Infrastructure: It has a high-class college building with the upcoming state of the art laboratory buildings. It has a central library facility with digitally working smart cards, e-books, NPTEL subscription, etc. There is good canteen servicing quality food with healthy and tasty foods, snacks, etc.
Faculty: Mostly, the visiting faculty members are from reputed institutions, and the permanent faculty members are good with masters and PhD. The high-tech faculty rooms and staffroom with personal cabins to get full and open-minded exposure with students to get the best knowledge by them. Most of the faculty members are from IITs, NITs, and IISC, Bangalore, and MSU like top most universities and colleges in India.
Other: There are lots of clubs to manage, and they run different activities on the campus.

Good in terms of academics. Lacking in terms of extracurricular activities.
Placements: The first batch from the college will graduate in 2019, so there are no placements till now, but it provides internship in good companies like GSFC, GACL, IOCL, Siemens, Deepak Nitrite, Transpek, etc. No interview or written test is taken for the internship. Placement season will start in 2019.
Infrastructure: Three buildings are there for the school of technology, school of science and lab. The building of lab is under construction. Surrounding atmosphere is good, and infrastructure will be completed within one or two years. Students can use sports facilities of Gujarat state fertiliser company.
Faculty: The faculty are average. Most of them are assistant professors. Faculty members are cooperative & experts in their subject. The curriculum is good & designed by industry experts & academic expert to make student industry ready. One month internship in one semester is a unique feature in the curriculum.
Other: For one semester, a compulsory one-month internship is added into the curriculum, and it is the credit based programme. GSFC, GACL, Deepak Nitrite, etc., give internship to the students & internship is managed by professors of the university.
