The environment is beautiful and excellent faculty need better placements.
Placements: The placement scenario is decent and gradually improving every year. In previous batch most of my seniors secured placement with the highest package offered being 9LPA and the lowest package offered being 3 to 4LPA. Some of the companies that visited the campus are Tata Gotion Autocomp MSP steel L&T. Many students also got internship opportunities in companies like Tata Gotion ONGC Jindal NTPC Indian Railways. The university offers average yet steadily improving placements with increasing opportunities for both placements and internships.
Infrastructure: Campus is green and peaceful it has 3 boys hostels and 4 girls hostel with one newly constructed. First year hostels are modern and well equipped with all facilities. The hostel for senior students has a solid infrastructure but offers spacious rooms greenery and a calm atmosphere. Mess food is average. Wi-Fi is also working good in the department and hostels. Classrooms and departments are well maintained with proper smart boards. There is one central library with a wide variety of books. The campus also includes two temples and beautiful lakes. Overall the campus is neat green and well facilitated with a healthcare center and cafeterias.
Faculty: The faculty are highly qualified supportive and always ready to help students. They make complex topics easy to understand and guide students both academically and personally. The curriculum is well structured covering all the essential subjects needed for competitive exams like GATE. Semester exams are generally moderate not too tough if you stay consistent with your studies. 75 percent attendance is mandatory for appearing in the exam. The academic environment is student friendly and growth oriented.

Inside Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya a central university .
Placements: Core branches received very few placements. Placement percentage is around 30%. Whereas non-core branches received above 65%. The highest placement was 55 LPA, the average was around 6 LPA, and the lowest is not known, but as per talks it was 3 LPA. Usually the IT sector companies are the top recruiters, but companies like Adani also come in as recruiters, but very few.
Infrastructure: Right now only 3 boys hostels and 2 girls hostels are there. For girls, even though it may be sufficient, but for boys, it is very less and only a few get it, but the infrastructure of the hostel and branches is very poor, and most of the equipment is not available. Even though funding comes to the university on a regular basis, development is very slow.
Faculty: Although most of the teachers hold high degrees, teaching is not that good, and exams conducted are not up to the standard; usually questions are copied for previous papers of IIT, and even while checking papers, teachers like to see the exact formulas they have used for solving the problem.
Other: Events are conducted on alternate years, and crowds are also okay, and campus life is also pretty good. Now and then some extracurricular activities are conducted.

From a GATE examination perspective, this college is good.
Placements: Placements will be good in the future, as the university is growing and placements will be good in the near future. And our VC, Mr. Alok Kumar Chawal, is also focusing on placements in our departments. There is the highest package of INR 48 LPA, which is off campus.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is also improving; earlier, there were not proper individual buildings for each department, but now they are under construction. And the infrastructure will be good after one year. The first-year class will be held in old buildings and the second-year class will be in new buildings for all engineering departments. There is free Wi-Fi inside the library, in hostels and inside the departments; you have to register for that. There is a central library for all university students from all departments and above the central library, there is an individual library for engineering departments.
Faculty: Some faculty is good. 2nd-year teachers are well qualified, knowledgeable and helpful too. Semester exams are not much difficult or easy; they are moderate. Teachers asked questions based on what they thought in class. Attendance is a huge burden because you have to make 75% attendance compulsory and 65% with medical; otherwise, you will be troubled.

Absolutely dissatisfied with placement.
Placements: There is no placements in my branch till now. Companies visit our campus for higher branch only so I don't know more about name of company. Almost student got internship from my course in my companies like steel, aur power plants but by applying yourself.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure is pretty good in my course. Labs, workshop, equipment everything available for our need. Department library, books also available for all students. Wi-Fi is provided but it is not working properly. The quality in hostel is okay. Hostel maintain cleaning, but food quality is not that okay. Medical facilities is available, for sports and game there is nothing in hostel.
Faculty: The teacher is helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. There teaching quality is also good. They are thoughtful. Yes course is curriculum relevant. Yes it makes student industry ready. The semester exam is difficult in this collegethe pass percentage passing is 40.

Good teaching faculty. Competitive environment.
Placements: The placements are decent. It all depends upon the students. Technical students are more in demand. Recently a 34 LPA package was given to a mechanical stream student as well. Summer internships in the final year are a must. 1-5 students get good package rest depends on finding jobs on their own.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The Wi-Fi and network but the buildings are clean and strong. Smart classrooms and e-classrooms are available. Hostels are clean and friendly. The only drawback is the time for the girl's hostel is 6:30. The food is comparatively good as compared to other colleges.
Faculty: The faculty members and teachers are supportive and friendly. They understand students' needs and thrive for the best. Industrial visits take place throughout 2nd year to make students ready for the real world. The curriculum is following UGC guidelines and is followed strictly.
