Gurugram University BA course is offered as an integrated course with the MA course in Mass Communication. The integrated BA + MA course is an undergraduate programme that combines a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Master of Arts degree that lasts for five academic years. The cousre curriculum covers subjects Journalism, Media and Communication Studies, Reporting & Editing, Advertising, Public Relations, Media Ethics & Laws, etc.
Gurugram University BA admission is conducted based on CUET score followed by merit of qualifying exam. Gurugram University BA admission 2025 will open soon. Admission to the BA+MA integrated course is subject to a valid score on the CUET exam. The admission procedure mainly includes multiple steps including the application process, selection process, entrance exam, etc. The Gurugram University admission procedure is as follows:
Step 1: Gurugram University Admission Process 2025
The admission process at Gurugram University begins with the online Application form. A non-refundable amount of INR 1000 for the General Category and INR 250 for the Scheduled Caste is to be paid when finally submitting the form. Find below the step-by-step process for filling out the Gurugram University:
Step 1.1: Candidates are required to register themselves by clicking on the official website(https://gu.aimserp.co.in/gu-admissions/#/)
Step 1.2: After successfully registering on the admission portal, Candidates need to sign in and click on the “Apply now” button adjacent to the programme which prompts the login window on the screen.
Step 1.3: Now the online application form opens.
Step 1.4: Fill out the application form with the required details with all the admission-related documents
Step 1.5: To finally submit the application form, the user has to click on the checkbox for “I agree” against the T&C and click on “Verify and Submit”. Once clicked the User shall be redirected to the Payment Gateway, wherein the User has the feasibility to pay the application fee by UPI, Debit/Credit card, and Net banking options.
Step 1.6: Once the payment is completed, the candidates will be redirected to the admission portal and will have the option to download the admission form and the fee receipt.
Step 2: Merit list & Counselling
After submitting the application form, Gurugram University prepares a merit based on the candidate's performance in the entrance exam/ past academic performance and CUET score. Students whose names are on the merit list are required to appear for physical counseling in the Department of Management. - NTA will commence CUET registration 2025 last week of February. Candidates can pay the CUET application form fees 2025 till the prescribed last date.
Step 3: Final Seat Allotment
After the counselling, the department issues a provisional admission letter. The selected candidate has to deposit the Gurugram University BA fee online within the stipulated time or else his/her seat will be considered vacant and the seat shall be offered to the next candidate. All admissions are provisional subject to verifications of documents and approval of Competent Authority
